  1. If anything, Israel has more support now than then. They pretty much defeated the entire Arab world on their own in '67. Imo, best thing to happen for peace right now is for Israel to invade and capture half of Syria and make it the new Palestine.
  2. Deep Roads or Orc Caves, which is worse and why? Discuss!
  3. Why would they've agreed to that? Israel is their Canaan.
  4. Israel making peace with Hamas would be like the US making peace with al Qaeda. Not going to happen.
  5. Doesn't NV take place a couple of decades after FO3?
  6. Divinity 2 had bunnies... and if you killed a certain amount, a Killer Bunny would appear, Monty Python style. Nothing can ever beat that.
  7. Bloodrayne is okay, Bloodrayne 2 is Boll's worst movie. And that's saying a lot. I don't think he did Silent Hill... that movie was quite good. Neverending Story.
  8. http://kotaku.com/5558339/if-this-is-the-n...ovie-sign-us-up
  9. OK. Looks like I'll be playing with a girl again.
  10. Looks pretty terrible. Nothing can beat the first MK movie. MK belongs to the 90s and the 90s only.
  11. I vote the maze before reaching Sarevok's lair in BG1 as the worst tunnels of all time. But I always like the maze in Spellhold. Some fighting, some cool riddles, some drama. I also like the tunnel fighting in the Witcher, since they're pitch black and even with a Cat potion one can't see more than two metres ahead... makes for some great atmosphere combined with ghosts, graveirs & vampires.
  12. That was a fun movie. Haven't thought about that one for years.
  13. But not as awesome as the queen. Belgariad is much better overall. At least in that one the protagonist & his friends are all oafs, except for the women. It's like the Wheel of Time, but much less verbose and not taking itself so seriously.
  14. The problem is that everybody nowadays compares fantasy flicks with Lord of the Rings. Boll's flick is not worse than anything that came out in the 80s. It's a bit like Krull. Pure awesome.
  15. Nice to see tvtropes is still making **** up as they go.
  16. The Kingdom of Ehb was a pretty lame setting (but nothing worse than Dragon Age), I don't even remember finding more than 5 lore books. The second game took place in the rest of the continent & added a ton of history and lore. Still, DS did the 'ancient evil returns' shtick way better than Dragon Age... and has a much better Archdemon as well.
  17. Postal & Far Cry are way better. DS movie has some cool fight scenes and Claire Forlani, but those are about the only redeeming qualities. Still, the movie's complete lack of focus & plot is remarkable close to the actual DS game. The DS game seemed to make up the plot at the spot as one trounched baddies... "oh yeah, you just killed a dragon, now go further east for more answers"... "so after killing the evil Seck Necromancer, the heroes decided to go to the Temple of Doom to investigate", etc.
  18. If it were Dark Alliance III or Champions of Norrath III, it would be a pretty much guaranteed smash hit.
  19. I'm actually interested in it. It might be the same experience as with Fallout 3 for me.
  20. This has got to be Glacern. Heh, even Ron Perlman was in that movie.
  21. So, does it or does it not look Deus Ex enough?
  22. Dungeon Siege II's combat is pretty much the same as Dragon Age, it just doesn't suffer from the acute lack of enemy variety and the inability to have more than ten enemies on the screen at the same time. Moreover the boss fights are a hell of a lot more memorable. The expansion was meh, but at least it wrapped everything up nicely. Dungeon Siege had screensaver combat, but some brilliantly designed dungeons & an amazing variety in breath-taking scenery. The beginning of the game was also classic, starting as a farmer who literally throws away his/her shovel and starts kicking butt with a butter-knife. And speaking of the Farmer: **** yeah.
