Romance is overrated. Girlfriends are a pain in the arse more than anything. If it was realistic in a game they would be nagging you to do the dishes half the time.

Wasn't the whole idea of Kickstarter and that to be able to make your dream project free from any demands of corporate suits at the publishers? There are so many things which scream compromise, or demands from the management suits above the creative team.

That's the issue i think Xzar is saying, they were too different from they way they were in the first game, thus it's one of the reasons it's a step back for him. I really wish there was more to talk to party members about on the boat. You can barely ask them anything, it felt like there was a lot more to talk about with companions in the first game. I haven't played the first in a long time but from what I recall...

I have just purchased Fist of the North Star: Paradise Lost. It looks completely bonkers in a good way. Sometimes you just want to punch a guy and make his head explode you know?

I played persona 5 over 80 hours and haven't finished it yet.

What you're saying about cooking, something like in zelda breath of the wild. I really like cooking in that, it feels a bit exciting wondering what you're going to make and also the results are useful. That's one of the best crafting systems I've seen in a game.

I'd say that the auto follow camera is my favourite upgrade to this genre, and think it would improve every other old crpg. Least favourite... ehhh the boat mini game. It's just not very interesting. You lot?

Good point. You had to be as strong as Thor Bjornsson in DND to be an effective fighter, anything less wasn't good enough. Even if you only wielded a long sword and shield. Surely you don't need to be a power lifter to be devastating with a long sword???

Oi, i'd like to thank whoever gave Divinity: Original Sin 2 a glowing review on here and convinced me to buy it when it first came out. I played it for 15 minutes and have never put it on again. I want my 35 quid back dammit. I'll find you whoever you are...!
