I wouldn't mind if they received a small penalty and their bonus increased significantly. For example: small penalty to frost for Fire Godlikes, but much higher resistance to fire. Or reduce xp like mentioned above for Yuan-tis and Tieflings.

You can steal some reptilian eyes from them.

Exactly. Unless the op wants to test a build or try a multiclass combination. Although even in that case it might be better to use use a mode or the console.

Well, since you are offering , I think the game needs more Orlan portraits. I noticed that both the male and female official portraits have blond/brown hair/skin. So it would be good to have blue/green ones. For example:

Yes, I'm on my main account. And I tried exiting like you said. According to some players on the steam forum, the DLC may be installed but showing up as gray. I'll check if it is the case now. Edit: Yes, this was the problem. The DLC is installed (I just found the elf cook ) but it's grayed out on the main screen.

I don't remember how I solved this problem on the previous dlc. But nothing is working now.

I tried to kill everyone in the vault with aoe spells (the ones with the red circle) but the Bardatto soldiers refused to suffer any damage. It was the perfect opportunity... Anyway, I ended up killing everyone except the clerk downstairs, who pretended nothing happened and told me to meet Atello upstairs.
