Hey guys, this is my first time playing Pillars, I have XP with RPG's (Baldur's, NWN, Fallout's + I'm an D&D Master, so I'm playing on Hard). I created a Meadow Folk Aedyr Dissident Wizard, and since I wanted to roleplay I tried to not min/max attributes (I was also very lucky to discover that Might wasn't STR otherwise my wizard might have gotten that attribute below 10). I have Mig: 12, Con: 9, Dex: 13, Per: 14, Int: 15, Res: 12 I only got a 15 in Intelligence, because it was only used for AoE and Duration of Spells, which didn't sound very appealing.. So, after recruiting Maia in Neketaka with my ranger, you can talk to her about her brother, and, depending on the import, get some choices concerning his death, which is a nice bit of reactivity. I've also heard there's good reactivity if you sacrificed him, which is a very nice touch. However, in this particular playthrough, Kana died sacrificing himself to stop the Eyeless at the end of the White march expansion. A pretty heroic death, yet there's no way of telling Maia what happened, as there is no import for that particular situation in Deadfire. While I understand that it's not that

This is a very minor bug concerning the first conversation with Kana. the steps to reproduce it are: 1) Go and talk to Kana the first time you see him before entering Caed Nua. Don't invite him to your team. 2) Rest? 3) Kill Maerwald. 4) Talk to Kana again. Kana will treat you as if you just met, telling you again about the book. Whatever marked the first conversation had taken place seems to have been resetted after killing Maerwald. I am not sure whether resting or not made any difference. I rested twice between talking to Kana the first time and killing Maerwald. Here is
