The var referees didn't see that step on the ankle. What were they doing, playing Deadfire?

Quest Order
InsaneCommander replied to Epixia's topic in Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire Stories (Spoiler Warning!)
I agree. I avoided the main quest and did a lot of exploration first and it did look strange. Sometimes I found things that didn't make sense or caused bugs (like the rotten eel for the guy who swallowed a pearl). For my next pt I'll get the companions asap and then follow the quests. Why is almost everyone suggesting getting Tekehu after going to the palace? Isn't there some interesting reaction when taking him there? -
Don't do it. As you can see in the final episode of this season, whatever comes next is totally new. So let yourself enjoy it fully when the show comes back. Unless you want to read book 4. If you started the books in any other book, coming from the tv show, there would be some inconsistencies, but going from season 3 to book 4 might actually work pretty well.

Well done Russia!

I'll leave some suggestions here, instead of creating a similar thread: - Animal hirelings, so you can play "solo" as a ranger and have more companions. Or have them even if you are not a Ranger. I really don't know if it can be done. - Increase the number of Vailian Hullbreakers to 2 or 4, so that we can have an entire side of the ship with them

In PoE1 (even on my third PT) I always kept at least 30 of each ingredient. Except for the more expensive, of course. I wanted to be on the safe side in case I needed some scrolls or food in the Endless Path or who knows where. Even so, I finished the game with near 200.000 copper. In Deadfire I'm avoiding that. I check the ingredients for the most interesting items and buy some of them. And that's it. Btw, I once read somewhere in these forums that pyrite and sugar where pretty rare. Is it still the case? Because I have plenty of pyrite (even found some pickpocketing) and you can buy sugar in Dunnage.

Portraits IV
InsaneCommander replied to Amentep's topic in Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire General Discussion (NO SPOILERS)
Thanks! I've done some, but I'm not very good at it. I'll try your method later. -
Portraits IV
InsaneCommander replied to Amentep's topic in Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire General Discussion (NO SPOILERS)
I'll leave this one here in case somebody more skilled than me wants to make a watercolor version. If no one does it, I'll give it a try (to this one and the ones above). -
It is. And next season will be really good, if it follows what they've been doing so far, that is, finish a book and go halfway through another. I liked it a lot. More than everyone I've discussed it with.

Do you wanna know who will be the champion? Then "fix" the symmetry of World Champions centered in 1982. If you move one World Cup later or one earlier from that year, you'll find the same country as champion. Except in 1966/1998 and after 2002. But who knows, maybe there is a pattern. 1982 - Italy 1978, 1986 - Argentina 1974, 1990 - Germany 1970, 1994 - Brazil 1966, 1998 - England/France (1st time winning, they were the home country) 1962, 2002 - Brazil 1958, 2006 - Brazil/Italy (any relation?) 1954, 2010 - Germany/Spain (1st time winning) 1950, 2014 - Uruguay/Germany (They both defeated the home team, Brazil) 1938, 2018 - Italy/??? 1934 - Italy 1930 - Uruguay It's just a coincidence, of course. If you look hard enough you'll find something, as complicated as it may be. But I first saw this before 2002, iirc, and it was almost perfect back then. Here is my guess: Italy won in 1938, one World Cup after being the home country (in 1934). So, since in 2014 Brazil was the home country, it wins in 2018? I hope so, but I don't think the team is doing well this year.

When I load my PoE1 save that ended with returning the souls to the wheel, I can choose a different end. Or at least I can tell Berath and she believes it, because I kept my vow but told her that I didn't. So, does the game allow us to change our mind? Or is this a bug and it is not reflected later?
