  1. It's actually good, especially the Onyx. But it is vodka and does have a big price tag (at least here in Texas) so maybe not $50+ good.
  2. Be careful, you might start believing in aliens after drinking that vodka, if you don't already.
  3. I went shopping for groceries the other day and saw this one in the window of a store while walking by. How could I possibly not buy a bottle of vodka in such a bottle??? 😂 It's a nice vodka, made in Canada. But lets be real, the bottle was it's selling point 😝
  4. Hello friends, In case you have not seen the new feature for the community, it's below. I hope this thread will be used to discuss community member's blogs and explore ideas for the new adventure for our community!
  5. "Hunters of Dune" Just stop. Stop while you still can.
  6. Is it any good? I like the skull but skeptical because Dan Aykroyd.
  7. It's game of thrones torture porn. No need for a link 😛
  8. The new Momodora looks gorgeous. I really like the colour design. (If there are no posts made here in the next few hours, I will add my Stray Blade screenshots to this post). Lore entries: Bosses: The 2D art looks very nice. Not quite "Ring two bells, gather four Lord Souls", but close. That's exactly what we have been doing. Got the full assassin-like armour and dual daggers. The daggers did not quite work with the combat system. The halberd, though, was a marvel. Found one Green faction mini-boss in the Blue faction area. Ironically, these regular foes felt more challenging than the bosses. Too few too short openings. Here my FPS dropped to 20. Which is odd, considering the number of polygons I was seeing. This can be said about pretty much any old ruins.
  9. Yeah, it's a really good movie full of Trek actors. Three in a row that I liked. ...from Earth, ...from Nowhere, ...Who Fell to Earth.
  10. Ditto with The Man from Earth (2007). The movie has no right being as good as it is, considering that the whole movie is people sitting in a room.
  11. Now when I think there's quite a number of games with great worlds made by solo devs. Fear and Hunger, Kenshi, RImworld, Stardew Valley...I probably should pay more attention to indie scene. If only itch.io weren't an embodiment of Sturgeon's law.
  12. Fear & Hunger, little indie horror RPG where horror seems to be tailored for my tastes. Creepy art, creepy disturbing soundscape, grotesque monstrosities, dungeons you can practically smell, so much to love It's also laughably unfair ("Hey hero, pick your traits. You wanna fast movement or tripper?") and unforgiving, which by itself wouldn't be too bad, but combine it with extra stingy save system and horror gets diluted with one of the most unfun things to experience, tedium. So after first twenty or so assortedly amusing deaths I installed 99 saves mod and can finally experience my atmospheric horror in nice short pieces before bedtime if I wish so. With its Wiki open though, because it doesn't explain mechanics and what are all these things in inventory either.
  13. So now I have a Phalanx Soldier. Also in the process of converting a Foot Soldier. Same skillset but sword&board instead of spear.
  14. I just want to say that I appreciate you all describing and reviewing the games that you've played
  15. Took my mountain bike out on some hiking trails for a bit. Cursed my state when the cold whipping wind made me asthmatic and my vision started going red because I couldn't breathe after like just half an hour. I'm not allergic to anything (I've done one of those allergy test panels and nothing triggered), but exercising in the cold does tend to do me in. A small but athletic lady at the local bike shop that I was at recently was telling me how I should really get a steel mountain bike because sure, the bike is a lot heavier, but you can crash all you want and the bike will be fine, and if she can ride everywhere and carry her steel bike across streams and into her apartment without no issue, there's no way "somebody like you" couldn't handle a steel bike as well. Lady, while I may look young and in shape, I'm fairly confident that my moderately cripppled body would crumple and tear like tissue paper if I crashed all the time like you apparently do. I was both very envious of her and also felt like a million years old.
  16. Only book I have returned to the library the day I got it, got so upset I felt like destroying the book.
