I'm going to wait for Beamdog's enhanced edition remaster with (even more) poorly written additional content in 10 years.5 points

I'm gonna wait for goatee GOTY Extended Edition going on at least 60% sale, so that's probably 3 or 5 years. Meanwhile, I'm gonna experience it vicariously through eye-rolling and teeth-gnashing on the forums.4 points

Yes. And that's why they're being cleared for export, as massive amounts of Russian mining in their frontline areas is what is accounting for 90% of Ukrainian hardship in advancing into those areas. Russian troops are no obstacle; those mines are a huge obstacle. Also, not all cluster munitions are the same. US cluster munitions, as employed in ATACMS and cruise missiles, are very advanced compared with Russian cluster munitions, and include auto-deactivation whereby they deactivate themselves after they've been sitting around undetonated on the ground for a little while.3 points

Eh, I would say it is tied with "Not playing the Age of Barbarian Arena spin off game." If you ever see me suggesting someone should play it, you have irrefutable proof I dislike that person.3 points

One of the RU commanders responsible for killing 27 civilians in Vinitsia with a missile attack aimed at the city square last year, has been found dead. He’s been shot while jogging in Krasnodar. https://www.pravda.com.ua/eng/news/2023/07/11/7410768/2 points

I watched that video when it was posted in the Larian forum and it did not change my mind. It pretty much has the same things in it that are already well discussed in that forum. Right now, my biggest issue with BG3 is how poor the cast of companion characters is. They're heavily skewed towards the evil side (and relatedly, Larian seems to have intentionally created the game to favor and preferance the evil side over the good side), and are all in one way or another hipster edgelords with ridiculously super-powerful backstories. It is very obvious playing your own custom-created PC is the option Larian least cares about and which a player is not supposed to do, but where for me it is my ONLY option in playing a D&D RPG.1 point

Heh, if someone was wondering, how he was found so easily https://www.strava.com/activities/9400020178 Edit: LOL, one of the likes on this workout plan was by Kyrilo Budanov (chief of UA “CIA”) (probably fake account, but fitting trolling for mass murderer)…1 point

I looked up this game on Steam and the summary is "Age of Barbarian Ex is an action hack 'n 'slash game inspired to 80s, fantasy and sword-and-sorcery genre. Muscular barbarians, scantily clad girls, hordes of bloodthirsty monsters, a lot of gore, a pretty epic story and an addictive soundtrack! What's best in life? " "Scantily clad girls "1 point

Okay Grounded. Love the game, but for us loners, I wouldn't mind an update, where in a new game, the whole four characters are there. So 3 are NPCs. Obviously, two players, two NPCs. We all run off out. The other 3 disappear until you build a bed and a chair for each one. You'll find them relaxing in their chairs at random. They'll have random conversations with you, and they can be seen relaxing in your spa. Now once you have brought them back with their own beds and chairs, you can set gathering missions for them each day. What they gather each day or each time period is limited by the weapon and armour you gift them. i.e. no armour, they can only gather pebbles or plant fibre. Increase their armour and weapons, opens up to greater variety of items they can gather. Make the game so you don't feel alone. The last mission defending the three mixr cylinders. Make it harder, but the NPCs help. When growing big. They will gather around.1 point

I have the exact same situation. Although my wife is super hyperd about BG3, so I'm pretty sure I know which one will win out. Just hope we'll have finished the second Solasta Campaign by then (we got into that game fairly late).1 point

Im going to wait 3-4 months before I play BG3, I never play games on release because I prefer to wait for the first official fixes and updates. That way I never get a bad first impression like many gamers did over Cyb20771 point

I'll go with a Druid because of the Wild Shape. Using the cat form to avoid attracting attention better be properly implemented or I'll riot.1 point

I think that was the first thing that got moded out lmao. Uh...I'm not convinced by the bear sex or edgelord origin but I'll probably play the game months after it releases and it's less buggy. I'll probably go with a College of Valor Bard.1 point

I think it's already a great "improvement" if BG3 doesn't have those D:OS 2 extra armor bars that prevent status effects at the beginning of the battle.1 point

I played through the first Age of Barbarian. They got the atmosphere of that era barbarian story down really well. Gameplay... Not so much1 point

Nice if a bit gloomy collab from Till Lindemann and Kovacs. Weird video format though.1 point

Yeah - the good thing about Fassina's Druid class ist that she has the cat form for her spiritshift. This can be used to cast very quickly at the start of combat: no armor penalty and cat flurry (on top of Alacrity's DEX bonus etc.) let you cast a lot of spells during the speed buff duration - like the ones @kronozord mentioned for example.1 point

If you want spell casting power with her you have to multiclass her with druid. You will lose the black bow but the druid versatility in insane. You cast all the druids DoTs spells on top of combusting wounds and melt the entire battlefield. Even when you run out of druid spells you can still go meele with the summoned weapons and being in the front lines with a cast relentless storm is just the icing on the cake.1 point

Biden Administration: "The use of cluster munitions is reprehensible and a war crime." Also Biden Administration: /sends cluster munitions to Ukraine So, by the Biden Administration's own definition, the Biden Administration is now complicit in a war crime. And yes I'm aware the Russians have used them too, that also makes them war criminals, by the Biden Administration's definition, but in no way absolves the Biden Administration of, by their own definition, being complicit in a war crime.0 points
