  2. 4-5 more warehouses and command posts have been blown up tonight on occupied territories, including one in Mariupol (all explosions reported by people living in these regions including pro-russian sources). And a bonus was 26th destruction of command post and military equipment around Chornobaivka airport It looks like that in Kherson Oblast, Russian army starts to feel ammunition shortages. They started to use S-300 for attack against city of Mykolaiv, and they received shipments of MT-LB APCs, which were made in 1950s. Other axes looks OK so far. The report from UA retaking Snihurivka released few days ago, was most probably not correct, as there are still battle ongoing around the city. In the last few days, after few weeks of using less precise rockets, RU fired few Iskanders again.

  3. To crush your enemies, to see them driven before you, and to hear the lamentations of their women. Metaphorically speaking.

  4. And op-ed from Taras Kuzio - professor of political science at the National University of Kyiv Mohyla Academy. https://www.19fortyfive.com/2022/07/a-russian-victory-in-ukraine-is-unthinkable/ "Russia’s defeat of Ukraine would lead to genocide on a scale far greater than in Yugoslavia three decades ago. Prior to the invasion, US intelligence warned the Kremlin had compiled ‘Kill Lists’ of Ukrainian elites. The Nazi’s and Stalinists excelled at decapitating a country’s ability to function by murdering their intellectual, cultural, political, and civil societal elites. Ukrainians summarily executed in Bucha with their hands tied behind their backs are a glaring reminder of the 1940 Katyn massacre of Polish officers by Stalin’s secret police." "An estimated 50,000 Ukrainians have died in Russian-occupied Mariupol and southern Ukraine where kidnappings, torture, and killings are commonplace. Putin justified his illegal invasion of Ukraine to end a mythical ‘genocide’ of Russian speakers, and yet, it his army that is murdering Russian speakers in southeastern Ukraine."

  5. I bet, you are just one of the many, especially in the East In other news, three more warehouses were blown up this night, and if I count right, 3-5 warehouses made kaboom day before I really hope US would unlock the maximum range for HIMARS sooner or later, to allow Ukrainians to make some strategical adjustments to Kerch Bridge Oh and to everybody else, if you are into confirmed statistics, and how it correlates to the numbers provided to medias, I have found yesterday one very interesting analytic from Iceland. Looks like Russian casualties spiked to almost double the amount after the capture of Lysychansk... The visually confirmed losses have risen to 4.4 : 1 in 30 day average, up from 3.8 : 1 in all time average. The 7 day average is currently at 4.9 : 1

  8. If it's Dead Rising, no...never! I strongly recommend Dead Rising 1, 2 and Off The Record, Brucy. 3 and 4 aren't that bad either but the first two games are just awesome.

  9. Skeletons (like all summons, but especially because they are numerous and have engagement) - are very useful in the early game because they provide a strong crowd control effect without the need for accuracy and overcoming enemies' defenses. Hence calling them forth just always works and is never in vain like a CC spell might be if you miss the roll or the enemy is resistant or immune. There is no defense, resistance or immunty when it's about getting engaged by a summons or being boxed out/blocked by them. Drop some at the start of fight and most enemies will be under control - because first of all they tend to target the skeletons (because they have weak defenses and low HP) and as I said even enemies who wanted to ignore them and rush to your party will be stopped (if the skeletons are placed somewhat correctly and you actively attack enemies with them which will trigger the engagement which then stops movement). Note that you can individually control each skeleton directly (not the additional ones that come from Ancient Brittle Bones though), those are steered by game AI). A similarly useful lvl-1-summoning spell are the Sporelings of the Ancient Druid. Also very potent in the early game. The phantom isn't bad - but it takes noteably longer to cast (and so to appear), has no engagement and is alone. The individual creature is better than those of "If their bones still slept" though. The wurms (PL 2) are a good offensive tool for some time if you don't need skeletons for CC. They also scale poorly and will have to be replaced eventually (and an upgrade is not worth it, unlike with Ancient Brittle Bones) - but for some time they really help to overwhelm enemies pretty quickly, especially if you focus fire on a single enemy. If you reach a point where better summons become available (for example Ogres or Ancient Instruments of Death or whatever) you can simply retrain the character and skip the lower tier summons then.

  10. I probably wouldn't ban it, but like other things, I would restrict access to it. You don't sell porn magazines and uzi's to 12 year olds for a reason. Doesn't mean those things don't have a place, but but it is intended for audiences who knows how to handle it.

  11. Samurai Champloo 15 After getting more money than they are used to have, Jin and Mugen decide to spend the night in a place Fuu can’t go. They end up getting more than they paid for. Samurai Champloo 16-17 The three part ways again after another attempt at discussing the sunflower samurai. Fuu meets with a mysterious guy, while Jin and Mugen get busy with other people in the area, all of which seem to want somebody dead.

  12. am working on a 1031 exchange for our soon-to-be-vacated rental property... properties? is getting confusing and truth is the point o' selling is to make our retirement as ez as possible, so the exchange option is having drawbacks. regardless, is a headache but simultaneous what we plan represents what is wrong with capital gains in the US. as mentioned many times already, capital gains tax rate is already lower than the income tax rate for just about anybody save those genuine impoverished. is why it makes sense for rich people to take so little income and instead have a bulk o' their wealth in income-generating property. 'course eventual the tax man gets his due, yes? buy an asset which is worth 100k and sell it for 1 million and you need pay gains on 900k. makes sense. 1031 exchange allows us to trade our real estate property but also starts the gains tabulation anew. if we exchange the aforementioned 1 million in property and then hold onto the exchanged property for a year, am gonna be paying extreme low capital gains rate and the tax is gonna be on only those gains which happened over the course o' a year. if property takes a bit o' a hit as it looks like it will the next couple years, then chances are we turn the gain into a loss which we then may hold onto for multiple tax years until it is exhausted by any subsequent irs or franchise tax board bills. the system in its current form is decided not fair, but that won't keep us from taking advantage o' the current scheme. HA! Good Fun!

  14. Hehe. All I'll say is this: Based on the Drake Equation and the number of Goldilocks exoplanets we've already been able to identify, the statistical odds that we would be alone in the universe are ridiculously improbably low. But given the vastness of the universe, there's a huge difference between intelligent alien life existing out there versus intelligent alien life visiting earth. Beyond this I'd be willing to go only after I retire in about five years from now or space aliens reveal themselves to us, whichever comes first.

  16. for hot sauce am gonna admit we near always start with frank's, and then add flavours, fat and heat. frank's is aged cayenne peppers, distilled vinegar, water, salt and garlic powder. that is the complete ingredient list for frank's. is nothing we do not recognize or cannot pronounce in frank's and is how we would start any cayenne based hot sauce anyways. am finding frank's is a great foundation and we need only add lime or lemon, paprika or rosemary or whatever to get where we want it. got a couple o' tri-tip we effective brined and already roasted and need only finish off on the grill as am using reverse sear. reverse sear approach means we were able to cook yesterday and need only grill for a brief time for the guests. will also grill corn 'cause these folks have literal the best corn we has ever purchased... anywhere. also am making one pan fried chicken... chicken has been sitting in our seasoned buttermilk since first thing this am as we like a six-hour plus brine. got potato salad (meh), baked beans, mac n' cheese, and cole slaw all prepared in advance save the mac n' cheese. mac n' cheese will come outta the oven right before guests arrive. also have watermelon, lotta local fresh strawberries and watermelon gazpacho, although the local watermelon ain't being harvested yet so is probable from a far distant land. we bought an apple pie. *shrug* is a culinary character flaw, but we don't like making pie. HA! Good Fun! ps we do have enough ground beef (is short rib we put in the food processor) for those who wish burgers, but we prefer to cook the perfect burger in a cast iron pan in the oven so we get that ideal crusty coating only possible with a pan. nevertheless, if somebody really wants grilled, we will oblige. pps a couple days past we made a big pot o' our good red beans, so while is not as if we prepared for the 4th, we will offer to guests.

  18. Grilled wings, corn, sausage, and peppers. Followed that up with a watermelon, not grilled. For my wings I've started using Nando's because the citrus in it really elevates the flavor over most hot sauces.
