In other hand president, at least not Obama, didn't encourage illegals to vote, because he encouraged people to register to vote and one can't do that if they aren't citizen of US.

Obama administration did everything they could to make sure the citizenship status wouldn't be known when someone registers to vote.

Edit: Speaking of hacked emails and non-citizens registering to vote: https://pjmedia.com/jchristianadams/2016/10/19/podesta-wikileaks-horror-voter-id-doesnt-stop-alien-voting/

"Obama actually spoke against hacking claims."

He spoke out of both sides of his mouth. At times he claimed no hacking on the other he repeatedly threaten Russia with 'punishment' for 'hacking and intervering' in the election. Russia no more inetrvered in the election than all the Western countries who pimped on behalf of Clinton. But, he liked that so he has no issues with that.

" Elections results itself weren't hacked, at least there is no proof that such thing happened,"

Ther eis no proof because it didn't happen but the way you and your fellows spin  it it does not surprise me that many on the Left think there was because theyw ere told there was.

" but hacking DNC and illegally obtain and leaking information from their server did provably effect elections, as media, people, people even here referenced that information in order to manipulate people's minds who they should vote."

No. The truth in the emails did. The hacking of ther DNC didn't change a single vote. The inforkmkation  which to our knowledge is true did.

@Hurlshot:

So politilie and Snopes? And you accuse Breitbart of bias. Politilie presents no facts to back up their claims, and Snopes has this: " Many of the millennials, Dreamers, undocumented citizens -- and I call them citizens because they contribute to this country -- are fearful of voting. So if I vote, will immigration know where I live? Will they come for my family and deport us?"

The President is in charge of securing the border. Congress authorized a secure fence back in 2006. Actually it required it, authorization isn't necessary as it's already illegal to cross the border without permission, and the President has the job of enforcing laws.

OMG Hurlshot is an illegal Mexican immigrant!

or simply a person who lives in norcal

at to trump's curious wall executive order, am wondering who is gonna pay for it. reminds us of trump's failed casinos as he wants to build something most folks don't want and don't think is needed and he is trying to build without actual having the money to do so. at the moment, the Prez has simple decreed that already allocated funds will be diverted to wall construction, as if the already allocated funds were monopoly money nobody is gonna miss or need. is not as if those funds he is directing to build the wall were earmarked for such a use in advance.

so who is actual gonna pay?  mexico?  HA! Congress?

...

am hopeful somebody finally gets around to telling Prez trump he won't be able to use the wall to take a +$20 billion loss on his personal taxes. is not another casino, or trump university, or trump steaks, or...
