Gorth Posted September 13, 2008 Posted September 13, 2008 Still working on it... I guess I wanted to take my time and enjoy the games (i.e. actually play them) as I slowly fill up my PC with what I got in the cupboard. Currently installed: BG1 + TotSC, BG2 + ToB, IWD, Fallout Tactics, Sid Meier's Pirates!, War in Russia, Nethack, Kotor1&2, Europa Universalis III & NWN2 + MotB. (not counting the default Windows games) On my to-do list is Fallout 1&2, IWD2, PST, VMBL, S.T.A.L.K.E.R., Tombraider: Legends, Master of Orion 2, HoMM III + Armageddons Blade, Messiah, JA2, BF1942 + Road to Rome, BF Vietnam, Heavy Metal FAKK, Painkiller... and quite a few more oldies that I want to see if I can make to run. Edit: That makes for 11 currently installed, not counting expansions for games. “He who joyfully marches to music in rank and file has already earned my contempt. random n00b Posted September 13, 2008 Posted September 13, 2008 Awesome thread Bok! Do you really play 38 games regularly, or you just add an extra drive when you are running low on space? Seriously, maybe we can set up a few games based on what people have installed. Deus Ex, Diablo 2 LOD, Starfleet Command 2, Wing Commander Kilrathi Saga, Wing Commander Standoff, Lego Star Wars II, TIE Fighter DOS, PES 6. A reasonable 8 for those of you that are mathematically impaired. And I still manage to procrastinate far better than any of you.
Darth InSidious Posted September 13, 2008 Posted September 13, 2008 Hmm, let's see... KotOR & TSL, Dungeon Siege II, Freelancer, Age of Mythology/The Titans, Sins of a Solar Empire, DEFCON, Age of Empires I/The Rise of Rome, BioShock, Theme Hospital, Red Alert 2/Yuri's Revenge, Deus Ex/Gametap.... I think that's all at the moment. I uninstalled a few recently, though. Could've sworn it was more than 12.... This particularly rapid, unintelligible patter isn't generally heard, and if it is, it doesn't matter.
Moatilliatta Posted September 13, 2008 Posted September 13, 2008 6 I'm on my laptop which has a very low amount og GBs: World of Warcraft, Max Payne, Max Payne 2, Morrowind, Warcraft 3, Majesty. HoMM III + Armageddons Blade Why not The Shadow of Death?
Gorth Posted September 13, 2008 Posted September 13, 2008 6 I'm on my laptop which has a very low amount og GBs: World of Warcraft, Max Payne, Max Payne 2, Morrowind, Warcraft 3, Majesty. HoMM III + Armageddons Blade Why not The Shadow of Death? I was sort of a late comer to the HoMM games. I found one expansion in the store when I bought it, didn't find Shadow of Death. Edit: Not being able to find the second expansion for BF1942 is the also the reason for only having one there... “He who joyfully marches to music in rank and file has already earned my contempt. Hurlshort Posted September 13, 2008 Posted September 13, 2008 17, but that's not including the stuff I have downloaded from Gametap.
Morgoth Posted September 13, 2008 Posted September 13, 2008 Currently none. At peak times, maybe 2-3 max. But mostly, only one, namely the one I'm actively playing. The others have first to be finished, then uninstalled, because I love order and my Harddisks second name is coincidently "order" as well. There must be order dammit! Rain makes everything better.

Bokishi Posted September 13, 2008 Author Posted September 13, 2008 Awesome thread Bok! Do you really play 38 games regularly, or you just add an extra drive when you are running low on space? Well I also counted all the games from the ID Super Pack from Steam, and those include a bunch of old school FPS games. I'm running 2TB of space atm, I'm devoting a 1tb hdd for games, and another 1tb hdd for storage, as well a 150 gig Raptor for Vista itself Current 3DMark

So, about 19 games, including any expansions they have. Dark_Raven Posted September 14, 2008 Posted September 14, 2008 A lot of games. I don't believe uninstalling games unless it becomes corrupted or broken some how. I have the hard drive space to spare. More than enough. Hades was the life of the party. RIP You'll be missed.
