Emphasis mine. The first one is correct, meaning "It has served me well these years,". I know you know (and Eric knows), but the way you reported it, it looked like you wanted to change "it's" (correct) with "its" (incorrect.) It may be worth pointing out (for Eric's convenience) that typos shown in your screenshots are different from those you list in your posts, so both should be checked. And now, without further ado, my latest findings: In the following sentence from Aloth's quest, a "who" is missing (should read, "he's the one who needed me!"). Screenshot In the following sentence from Edér's quest, a "the" is missing (should read, "Edér leafs through the book,"). Screenshot Same as above—missing "the" from a sentence in Edér's quest (should read, "in the back"). Screenshot A space is needed after the underlined ellipsis: Screenshot In this sentence, "fine looking" should be hyphenated ("fine-looking"), being a composite adjective that precedes the noun it refers to. Screenshot In this sentence, "well dressed" should be hyphenated ("well-dressed"), being a composite adjective that precedes the noun it refers to. Screenshot The following potential answer to the duc's includes a faulty hypothetical (explanation below.) Screenshot The sentence currently reads, "If we knew more, perhaps this crises could've been averted." There are two ways in which this sentence can make sense, depending on what you want to say: 1. "If we had known more, perhaps this crises could've been averted." (meaning that the crisis exists due to lack of better knowledge on the community's part in the past.) 2. "If we knew more, perhaps this crises could be averted." (meaning that going forward, investigation is required to gain further knowledge with which to vanquish the crisis.) Based on the meaning of "to avert", I would say the first option is likely what was meant.

When I first played the game (on Hard), I got wiped out all the time too. Common mistakes include: Bringing all members of the party into the fight simultaneously, thus letting enemies surround you. You should send only your tank(s) to the front and make everyone else intervene when most/all enemies are engaged so you can flank them and they must suck up the flanking or a disengagement attack. Hitting your men with friendly fire AoE. Very easy to do if you've got a Druid or Wizard in the party and your AoE markers are disabled (they are by default if playing Expert mode.) Slapping the heaviest armor on every party member. This slows down your recovery time a lot and makes your DPS suffer. Give heavy armor only to tanks and off-tanks, and use the lightest armor you can get away with on everyone else (naked characters are always risky, though; you need some measure of DR to survive.) Disengaging too often. There's an option to stop party members' movement once engaged; you should enable that. Don't disengage unless you are protected against disengagement attacks and/or it is absolutely vital for that character to move. (Alternatively, use the IE mod to remove engagement.)

Is this a typo?

It is indeed a typo (should be "For a little coin") Should go here. -
[1.05 v567] No effect

If you could attach a saved game exhibiting the issue, it would help the devs immensely. -
Replacement map arrived

Almost tempted to open my CE and check on the map. Your new map looks pretty sweet. -
I actually don't mind maxing out a bit earlier than right at the end. I want to enjoy the power of my character's full potential for a few fights before it's over (something that has always bugged me in other games.) Of course I would expect the remaining content to be balanced around the fact that I will likely be maxed out when I do it (or at least the crit path to scale wiylth level.)

The end of this descriptive text has two periods. It should be either just one, or three to form an ellipsis. Screenshot This sentence has an ellipsis that should be followed by a space but is followed by none. Screenshot This string says "He speech" but I guess it should be "His speech". Screenshot The player's reply is a question and should end in a question mark, but currently ends in a period. Screenshot There's an extra "of" in this descriptive text. Screenshot

When Rite of Hidden Wonders is cast on the party from the namesake scroll, Valor's icon appears next to party members' portraits instead of the appropriate Rite of Hidden Wonders icon. SAVED GAME: link REPRO STEPS: Load the attached saved game. Observe that the protagonist has a scroll of Rite of Hidden Wonders in his quick slot. Cast Rite of Hidden Wonders on the party. Observe that Valor's icon (an arrow on a target) appears next to party members' portraits instead of the Rite of Hidden Wonders icon (cogs).

When humanoids wield an arquebus, their left hand isn't really touching it. The issue is very similar to the one occurring with a pollaxe (link). SCREENSHOT: link SAVED GAME: link REPRO STEPS: Load the attached saved game. Observe that Grieving Mother is equipped with an arquebus. Enter the door in front of the party. Skip through the dialog until combat ensues and everyone enters their combat stance. Zoom in and observe that Grieving Mother's left hand isn't really touching the arquebus; rather, her whole arm is above it.

Could you post screenshots highlighting the problem? -
UI Scaling - blurry font
AndreaColombo replied to Cirventhor's question in Pillars of Eternity: Technical Support (Spoiler Warning!)
I hear you. I bought this monitor because during the Kickstarter it was said 2560x1440 would be PoE's native resolution. Then they changed their minds for some reason, made 1920x1080 the game's native resolution without any official statement about it, and here I am with a monitor that cost me a full month's salary and can't do the one thing I bought it for. After seeing the difference it makes, I've started playing the game windowed. One month's salary spent on a computer monitor for Pillars of Eternity and I have to play it windowed or it gets blurry as eff. "Butt-hurt" is an euphemism for how I feel about it.
