  1. Taste of the Hunt (30 Raw damage to the enemy over 10 seconds; 100% damage restored to you as Endurance)
  2. I've read they added more ingots in PX2 so maybe they nerfed the forge to account for them and prevent players from having too many durgan items at once (I'm speculating here.)
  3. Which one is that? I must've missed it somehow. Found it. Pity that it looks so ridiculous
  4. I haven't played PX2 yet, but if I had to take a wild guess @Francis - Yes, it is. "Bash" doesn't deal great damage, and when you equip a shield with that property you have weapon attack / recovery / bash / recovery instead of weapon attack / recovery / weapon attack / recovery. Weapon attacks deal more damage than bash, so your overall DPS is lower with bash shields. That said, the soulbound shield has pretty kick-ass abilities so I guess we can forgive it its bashing habits
  5. A durgan-enhanced speed weapon would actually make it hit faster.
  6. Kaylon, what class did you bind it to? It's definitely a two-hander on my Fighter.
  7. Just tried; MIG 31 and still two handed. By the way, pro tip: +4 MIG from Abydon's Hammer stacks with +3 MIG from other items because weapons are considered a different source. This was confirmed as intended by Josh on SA. Hello, Lady of Pain with 41 MIG score...!
  8. The last update to the mod was in the second half of January, so fairly recent. Hopefully mod maintainers also want to play the expansion and will be around soon to update it (though I expect the update itself to take a while, since 3.0 brought a number of changes to the table.)
  9. So "huge" no patch notes mention the fix, but I apologize for forgetting that it's a regression bug. My points that it was 3.0 that broke it (again, apparently) and that it doesn't matter how old the game is still stand; you may want to avoid calling people names over minor details and focus on the point at hand.
  10. The game isn't exactly well optimized but I've never gotten quite as abysmal a performance as you describe. During clusterf**k battles yes, I get down to 35-40 fps but not randomly while walking through Copperlane. i7 4790k / GTX 970
  11. I don't think they'd *need* to crowdfund a sequel, but they may crowdfund stretch goals similarly to what Larian did with D:OS 2. This would give them a much bigger leeway to develop features, add reactivity, polish, etc. I would definitely back a sequel anyway.
  12. ^ maybe I'm misunderstanding - it's a problem for you that Wizards become really powerful in the late game?
  13. Bring up the console and type ToggleScaler ELMSHORE_HIGH_LEVEL
  14. Quite. It starts out as Legendary and requires you to do some damage, like 300. At every unlock it becomes worse and requires you to deal more damage. The last unlock it is, like, Terrible (-8 Accuracy and a negative damage modifier too) and requires to deal 1000 damage or so. Then it becomes the beastly thing in the screenshot. On other news, the sword is rather beastly as well. The ability with the missing description in the screenshot (though I had posted a screenshot, but not really) for Fighters and a few other classes is called "Outmaneuvering" and lets you target Will instead of Deflection when Will is lower. Say what?!? Coming soon in a play through near me: Edér dual-wielding Steadfast and the Unlabored Blade. Wait for it.
  15. Scepter's Wizard ability: Fully unlocked Dagger: Fully unlocked armor (Monk version):
  16. Groovy! Thank you, aartz Out of curiosity, what does the ability do?
  17. I see your point. Fighters haven't changed much in that regard; they are still a comparatively low-maintenance melee class. You can build them defensively or offensively, even though Defender was nerfed into oblivion a few patches ago and that left many tanky-fighter fans bitter. Oh, and Francis is right: Tank-and-spank isn't much of a thing anymore since 2.0 dropped. A.I. will often disengage to reach your squishy characters in the back line. Tbh, overall I think the game has come a long way since its release. Not saying it's perfect, but still a long way—very enjoyable now.
  18. Are you by chance referring to this? http://forums.obsidian.net/topic/83086-203-boots-of-speed-force-characters-into-walk-animation/ I know they made the speed boost only work in combat so parties would stick together while exploring (I, for one, welcome this as I hated when I was trying to stealth and some idiot would go miles ahead of everyone else and run into trouble.)
  19. IIRC they said it would be pretty early in the expansion, so I guess when you get in Stalwart the first time.
  20. Pretty much melee. Ranged DPS is still a Ranger's purview. But Fighters are awesome
  21. Whoa, Luckmann is back! Howzit, boss?
  22. Vessels are really getting the hate in this game. After St Ydwen's Redeemer, now even an entire Paladin ability dedicated to hurting them and a proc on one of the best new soulbound weapons...
