  1. On the reverse end of this bug I used the console to give myself back the souldbond two handed sword after that disapeared with the inventory bug in 2.0, but the update to 2.01 immediately unlocked the soulbound weapon weapon acheivement anyway.
  2. My before entering was a little early, but I opened it and replayed to the entrance. You can download it here: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B2maXBj7Qf1oX0ZhaWJsVFpyY2M Here's a Player.log: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B2maXBj7Qf1oZTczb2xQdjRjcGs (I guess VRAM is unconnected to the actual amount of memory on your GPU?) Also, I noticed something weird in one of my newer saves: I put boots of speed (+3) on Eder but he's going the same speed as the party unless I select only him. Whereas if they're on my main character she always just moves with +3 speed. Is that expected?
  3. Here's a link: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B2maXBj7Qf1oSzc0SzRDQkRyVDA It's a tar.gz that should have four saves in it: 1. By the forge after activating it. 2. After leaving the forge. 3. By the front entrance again. 4. After going inside again. -- Note the interior is reset to the original condition, not changed for completing the quest or even just explored or anything. Same items present again, ghosts, etc. Notes: I've only run into this re-entering the first floor from the front (haven't tried other floors from the front). Re-entering the forge itself before crossing the gap seems to work fine. I enabled "cheats" to give my party back St. Ydwen's Redeemer after it disapeared from my inventory earlier in the playthrough. For this playthrough I also had similar "missing items" for the sword you should get from Raedric (not sure if he dropped it and I didn't get to loot before Kolsc entered and loot piles went away, or if Kolsc gave it to me and then it disapeared) and for the Leaden Key Mask you should find on the Corpse in the sewers - the corpse isn't lootable, so either the mask disapeared or there was some other bug that made it so I couldn't loot the corpse (maybe fringe possible I sold it by accident, I suppose). (I ended up getting the mask from the Trainee.) This save shold also exhibit the "peacefully resolved Ogre situation, but various parties of Ogres are hostile" bug. The party by the cave entrance/exit should still be there, and I think there are also hostile Ogres in the mine section of the lower level of the Cave in Russetwood. (I think the way the Ogre quest was set up there was confusing --- I wasn't clear on which clan I was encountering and killed a lot of Ogres before finding my way to the Priestess/Seer/Queen's room where things were resolved peacefully but the conversation tree terminated somewhat abruptly. It does seem like you could sneak to the lower level, kill the fish people to get a key, sneak back up, and then go in the door, and never fight, but it's really unclear to me how anyone playing through for the first time would have a clue to even try that.) Anyway, you can see in the quest log the quest is "completed." And lastly, I think this is known, but not sure if Oidhreacht/Gaun's Share are working correctly.
  4. My first playthough it was one of only 3 or 4 fights that were hard. That said, my party had pretty non-optimal skills. But it was still almost as difficult as the Adra Dragon.
  5. I can try to compile a set of saves tomorrow and attach if it's not been reported (didn't see it in the first 4 pages of TS). Basically, finished Battery, activated forge, left, got the narrated story overlay, listened/read, and then climbed down the tower and went to the front entrance and tried to go in (to see if there were people inside cleaning it up or whatnot), got dialog asking what level to go to, went to ground level (first floor) and had it load the original floor 1 map with complete fog and everything exactly the same as when my party first entered including spirits, monsters, etc. Didn't go further, but it looks like clearing it reset it to it's original state on the inside?
  6. Don't know if these things are bugs, but both things also happen to me.
  7. I didn't really like Aloth or Durance all that much, but at least Durance was kind of interesting. Aloth just annoyed me. Eder grew on me - at the beginning I didn't think I'd like him, but by the end I liked him a lot. Grieving Mother was interesting, but I'm not sure I understood her story clearly in my playthrough. I think I must have missed some dialogs. Pallegina was very frustrating. I liked her as a character, but her quests and dialogues never let me say or do the things I wanted to say or do. And I was always confused about which direction she's supposed to be steered -- if you're trying to be "good" are you supposed to try and get to stay in her order, or not? (And random side note: even if Godlike can't reproduce, do they or don't they have functioning sex organs? Can they have/enjoy sex? Not that it was super important, but it was at times confusing.)
  8. I actually find this confusing - Peregrund is from Defiance Bay and seem like she should have more impact on reputation "brave dashing man saved my cargo" than a few dead peasants ruffians that nobody will ever miss. As a minor aside, I think it'd be nice to be able to offer the thieves work at Odd Nua - you pay them 150 coppers a month and your improvement build times go down by 15% or something.
  9. So Hunting Bows or Wands? Which weapon skills go best with them? I think I'm skipping the guns.
  10. What I hate is that as a chanter my new summons unsummon my old summons. It's really annoying to get some Will O'Wisp, and then have them disappear when you summon some ogres.
  11. My load times aren't bad, but having to go through two load screens to rest at Od Nua drives me crazy.
  12. I wasn't above pretending they were strangers and leaving them in the Dungeon. Though it always made me feel weird about chasing Irenicus.
  13. I kept wishing I could turn off the fog of war just to see the scenery better. (Maybe you can with the console or something. I should check.)
  14. I built a dungeon but never got the choice to take anyone prisoner. : / Is there a trick? (Or maybe I just didn't complete it early enough?) Also, by the end of the game I was only losing around 15cp per keep turn to bandits, so security goes a long way, I guess. (Or maybe bandits were afraid of my ogre.)
  15. I couldn't figure out how to get them to fight each other and just killed both of them instead.
  16. I saw an awful lot of reputation checks in my playthrough, most frequently for honesty.
  17. Finished my first playthrough. (Normal difficulty.) Dispersed Theos' soul as a mercy and then sent the souls out randomly as per Wael's suggestion. The endings I got were: Gilded Vail is conquered by Raedric's Shade. The Dozens become leaders of Defiance Bay and cooperate with the Knight of the Crucible. As a whole the whole incident is blamed on the Leaden Key and the study of animancy is restored and the Sanitarium is rebuilt. Because my character didn't destroy the tower in Heritage Hill remnants of the Leaden Key reactivate it after people start to move back in and the district become abandoned. Odd Nua becomes famous as the greatest keep in the land and has visitors all the time. Aloth dedicates himself to hunting down and destroying the remnants of the Leaden Key. Eder becomes the Mayor of Dyrford and it becomes a prosperous city. Durance immolates himself after deciding that he's failed to regain the favor of his god (and blaming stuff on Woedica). Kana goes back to his people and inspires them to explore. Pallegina gets kicked out of her order and becomes a Kind Wayfarer. Sagani goes back to her tribe and becomes an elder. In time another tribe member goes to search for her soul. Hiravias goes back to his tribe, fights them until they acknowledge him, and then goes off wondering. Grieving Mother becomes Dyrford's midwife (to make up for her sins?). ...am forgetting any more. I definitely completed the main character ark quests for Aloth, Eder, Kana, Pallegina, Sagani, and Hiravias. I don't think I completed the ones for Grieving Mother or Durance, and so I found their character endings a little confusing. (I talked to GM some, but probably I needed to do so more after entering the burial isle or something?) (Durance I talked to, but he kept telling me to stop, plus I never liked him a whole lot and so didn't use him at all in the later parts of the game.) As far as my endings go, I think they were mostly positive, Raedric's shade and the Heritage Hill pieces being the only real negatives. (I always thought Pallegina was too good for her country, but maybe that ending was supposed to be negative?) The two main things I left undone at the end were the songbird search quest and killing the adra dragon. I didn't realize I wouldn't get to try doing them after the epilogue. There may be one or two other quests I might have missed. As far as game bugs, I'm not sure why I didn't get the fully upgrading my keep achievement. There were no more upgrades left to buy, but maybe you have to kill or get rid of the adra dragon? Anyway, I mostly enjoyed. Though I will say as normal difficulty the only three fights that were much trouble the whole game were the final Theos fight the Adra Dragon, and Raedric. Since I was fighting the Adra Dragon with level 8/9 party I meant to come back with a level 12, but never got the chance. From just before the end of act II until the end of the game fights were really easy and I could mostly just melee through them without using any abilities. My main gripe having finished is that I played as a chanter and didn't realize until at some point in act 3 that you couldn't have multiple summons from different levels active at the same time which ruined my whole chanter build. Lesson: Only get two or three summon abilities because when you try to summon some miniature dragon things and it makes your ogres disappear, it's pretty lousy.
  18. I think maybe I figured this one out - it marks itself complete at the moment you talk to the man at the end of the hall and the rest of your interactions aren't actually part of the quest?
  19. So my chanter has Gernise Slew the Beast, but Soon Faced its Kin and My Son, Do you See your Sisters across the Moor?. What I find weird is that summoning the Will O'Wisps seems to unsummon the Wurms. Is this expected? They aren't even from the same spell, and it's not like using At the Sound of His Voice the Killers Froze Stiff makes Wurms disappear. Likewise, I've also had issues with getting skeletons after Wurms.
  20. I was confused the first time I thought this happened, but I actually had to go downstairs and talk to anzo's assistant and the door guards, then go back up stairs and talk to the warden and then go back downstairs. (That said, I can't get the quest to complete.)
  21. I think I've encountered a bug. At least I talked to the Warden and told him that Azo's experiments would have eventually caused another scandal, but it didn't trigger quest completion, but there are also no more items to do. (Related, I thought the conversation options for the Warden and Azo after the fight were weird.) https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B2maXBj7Qf1ocDh3a3VyMC1aVjA/view?usp=sharing It's also possible that the quest isn't supposed to end and doesn't hint at what to do next, I suppose.
