  1. Hey, ILubMyBroDan. Do you happen to have a save game that has this issue occurring? I'd appreciate it if you could attach it here. Despite your excellent steps above, I can't get the issue to occur on this end. Thank you for any further information you can provide.
  2. Hi, jumbojster. I am sorry that you're running into this issue. We're looking into it now. Thank you very much for attaching your DxDiag file and your output log. This should help us narrow the issue down.
  3. Hi, Giuliano89. Could you please attach your dxdiag.txt file to this issue so we can see what system specs you've got? That will help us to narrow down this issue. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
  4. Hey, thelee. I loaded up your save file and neither your main character or Tekehu has their AI set to do anything. To remedy this, open up your character sheet and select the head with the gears under the character's portrait. Under AI behavior, go ahead and select Chanter Aggressive or Chanter Defensive, (depending on how you want him to act) and save it from there. Do the same with your main character and you should be all set. Please let me know if you need anything further. Achilles, please attach a save file and we'll take a look at your issue, too. --Doug.
  5. Sorry to ruin your day, E.RedMark and IndiraLightfoot, but that's a fully clothed corpse in the same room with the Rotghasts. If you kill a Rotghast too close to her, though, it will automatically loot her at the same time you loot the Rotghast. As with the other corpses in the game, she gets disrobed when you take her stuff.
  6. Hi, Weavols. I'd still really like to see a save file for this issue as I want to be sure something else isn't getting wonky, but below is where you can find the clue in Fort Deadlight: If that doesn't work, please let us know and we'll go from there. --Doug.
  7. Hi, Ghilteras. Unfortunately, the points you select not to allocate during character creation are lost. This is working as intended for players that want to role-play characters with specific attribute scores. We will look into having the Unused Attribute Points warning message be clearer in this regard and apologize for any confusion.
  8. Hey, everyone. We're looking into this. Does anyone have a save game file from right after they imported their history, somewhere like in your ship's cabin before the first fight? If so, please attach it to this post so we can determine which variables are being flagged via the custom history. Thank you all very much for your patience and for any help you can provide with the save games.
  9. I think I can point you in the right direction here, but there are spoilers to follow: Please let me know if that gets you through. --Doug.
  10. Hi, Cimmerian999. Is there any chance you can attach your DXDiag.txt file to this issue? Any output logs you have from the game could also help us narrow down where your save files may have disappeared to. Thank you for your patience and for any help you can provide.
  11. Hi, Homer Morisson. Do you happen to have a save game and any log files you can attach to this issue and forward along to us? That would help us narrow this issue down more quickly. Thank you very much for letting us know about it.
  12. Hi, Osgiliath. Sorry you experienced this issue. I've grabbed the attached files and output logs and we're looking into it. Thank you for sending this information to us. --Doug.
  13. Hello, all. I'm sorry you've run into this issue. Is there any way one (or more) of you could attach a save game file where this is occurring? That would help us out tremendously. If not, we'll get a handle on it here. In the meantime, thank you for your patience while we look into the issue. --Doug.
  14. Hello, both of you, and I am sorry you're experiencing this issue. The good news is there should be a fix in place for this issue in the beta we released yesterday. Please download it and it should allow you to proceed properly while handling the watershapers' "guest" the way you've selected to. Here are instructions on how to download the latest beta version: https://forums.obsid...eam-gog-galaxy/ --Doug.
  15. Hi, Spleenless_Extortionist (that was a hoot to type). If you are playing through Steam, could you please verify your game files. I want to be sure that none of your files are corrupted. To do this, right-click on Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire in your favorites list. Go down to Properties and click that. Then go to the Local Files tab. Select the fourth option "Verify Integrity of Game Files" and click on that. Hopefully this will address the issue. Thank you for your patience. --Doug
  16. Hi, Bjorntfh. This issue is noted. Thank you very much for reporting it. --Doug.
  17. Hi, serialno80. Thank you for the screenshots, those are very helpful. We will look into this issue and let the community know when a fix is in place. Thank you for your patience in the meantime. --Doug.
  18. Hi, Swevik. Thank you very much for the attached files. We'll take a look at the issue. Thank you for your patience while we look into it. --Doug.
  19. Hi, Grim088. Is there any way you can attach your log files and a save game file to this issue? That would help us tremendously in finding a workaround for it, or for getting a fix in place. In the meantime, can you go back to the VTC Adra Warehouse in Queen's Berth and "acquire" three more crates, thus making your total crates of adra, six. I'm curious if she'll respond to you then. Thank you very much for your patience and for any more information you can provide. --Doug.
  20. Hi, Bread-a-Tester. We're sorry this quest isn't progressing. We'll take a look at your save file and see if we can come up with a solution to the issue. Thank you very much for attaching it and for your patience while we work on this. --Doug.
  21. Hi, AttonRand. I'm sorry you're stuck. Is there any way you can take a screenshot of the area where you are stuck so that we can try and recreate that issue here? A save game would also be helpful. Either way, thank you very much for your help and your patience.
  22. Hi, vanpaladin. Is there any way you can attach a save game and/or your log files to this post? That would help us tremendously in narrowing down this issue. If not, then we'll still do our best to recreate it on this end and address it. Thank you very much for any further direction you can provide. --Doug.
  23. Hi, SpaceKitKat. We're sorry you're experiencing this issue and are looking into it. I don't see a save file attached to your post and that would help us out tremendously in narrowing down this issue. If you can attach one, that would be fantastic, but if not, we'll do our best to recreate it on this end. Either way, thank you for your patience. --Doug.
  24. Hi, PangaeaACDC. Thank you for attaching your log files, those will be helpful and also thank you for your patience while we look into a solution for this issue.
  25. Hi, Thefubsss. Usually, when you remove an item from the trade window it goes directly to the character's personal inventory. Could you please check and verify that it's not appearing there? If this doesn't resolve your issue, please attach a save game file and we will look into the issue. Thank you for any further information you can provide.
