Captain Macredd's Montag Weapon Inoperative
Quick update, please see if this info helps: The weapon has a limited range and if the player is out of range of their target, the weapon will "light up, shake, and consume energy ammunition" without hitting anything. Once the player walks close enough to their target, the weapon begins dealing damage.
