Anyone had any luck?

Hey so just wondering if you have keyboard and mouse support enabled for xbox one, I have plugged them in and all the keybinds on the screen change to keyboard and mouse but i cant actually move with them or do anything. Just wondering if this is bugged or what the deal is thanks!
