What are you playing now?
Better than Dark Souls 2, not as good as Dark Souls 1. Couldn't get into Demon Souls myself.

What are you playing now?
Final chalice dungeon of Bloodborne! Only two bosses left and then I just need the ending trophies.

What are you playing now?
Beat the tar out of the penultimate boss of Bloodborne. Running around to do other stuff before finally committing to completion.

What you did today
I went to a clinic and it might be strep. That's going around and I don't want to take any risks. The quick test was pretty inconclusive, but I still got penicillin. Aww yis. I'm also apparently getting worse if last night is anything to go by. Back to my too-hot/too-cold sleep routine, where I'm freezing until I fall asleep, then I immediately start sweating. This causes me to freeze even more a short while later. On the plus side, the tylenol kicked the sore throat in the nuts just well enough for me to sleep pain free. Never felt like tylenol actually did anything for me before today.

Finally attempted to play Pillars of Eternity. Framerate is unplayable, so it was a failed effort.

What you did today
Came down with something Sunday, maybe the Flu. Damned if I know. Couldn't sleep at all that night because swallowing was accompanied by pain. The good news is last night I simply slept through the pain, having delicious nightmares about pain induced superpowers.

What are you playing now?
Stuck between a rock and a hard place in Bloodborne. I have access to three areas. The first I've gotten all the way to the boss, but can not beat him. I've only beaten him once while cooperating with others and there's usually a better track record than that. Thankfully he's optional. The second area I haven't reached the boss in yet. It might be the most annoying area in the game, though. The enemies respawn as you progress. I've made my way nonetheless to the second lamp, only to find out that there's THREE $#@%#@^$# NPC hunters a short distance away. Two of them aggroed me simply for entering a room and kicked my butt. I can probably take them with a little more care, but it's intimidating as NPC hunters are some of the strongest enemies in the game. And they won't ever respawn once killed, meaning that at least I'll make some progress. The third area is probably simply too high a level for me, which makes it good for farming mats. So no real complaint there. But it also is home to numerous illithid wannabes that like to steal my insight. Being that I can't two shot them with the big freaking sword and they have binding spells, they get pretty obnoxious.

Mass Effect (4) Musings
Compared to me you are. I'm bitter and snarky and trying my hardest to keep it contained. I merely wish to encourage others to not be me.

Mass Effect (4) Musings
I'm kind of at the intersection of "it's going to stink" and "even if it didn't..." But don't let me curb your enthusiasm. The franchise needed to get in different hands, so that's a point to be optimistic as far as I'm concerned. I'm just also the type of person who thinks game franchises should end on a high note, not get dragged along kicking and screaming until the road burns finally do them in. That just got dark. Mass Effect didn't get to end on a high note, which is why I can see people being optimistic for the change and continuance. A change in direction could be a steeper downhill or going back up it.

What are you playing now?
Beat Pre-Sequel. The base game was pretty meh, but Claptastic Voyage was fantastic. On to Bloodborne.

I liked how Invisible War handled Deus Ex's endings.

What are you playing now?
Playing as Claptrap in Pre-Sequel. I love this guy, but he feels really fragile sometimes. Maybe that's just because his subroutines select shotgun or melee and make me want to charge at everyone head on. And the verticality and movement of the spaces make the boss fights a bit more hectic and uncontrollable.

Hey Oby!
We should just rename WOT to Oby's playhouse.

What are you playing now?
I finished almost everything I wanted to do in Borderlands 2. Can't beat Son of Crawmerax is the only thing. On to Pre-Sequel! Where I will play as Claptrap and dance and give hi-fives.

What are you playing now?
Still on Borderlands 2, criminey there's a lot of content here. Finished the campaign, moved onto TVHM and the pirate DLC. This game is giving me a backlog. Still have to play Game of Thrones: Episode 3, Life is Strange: Episode 2, Borderlands the Pre-Sequel, and just got Bloodborne in the mail.

What are you playing now?
Considering that it runs on my notebook, albeit badly, you should be able to play. With some patience. Your notebook is probably more powerful than the laptop I have access to. The PoE beta was completely unplayable. I also can't play Dreamfall Chapters or the new Broken Sword. I couldn't play Broken Age until after an update. Though Shadowrun and Banner Saga run well enough.

What are you playing now?
Maybe I'll see if PoE runs tonight on the laptop I have access too. Otherwise it's more Borderlands 2! After Chapter 10 there's kind of a flood of sidequests, ones I'm overleveled for by 3.

What are you playing now?
Which character did you end up going with? I have playing Wilhelm and enjoying it so far. Intrigued about Claptrap and Jacks Doppleganger as well. I'm playing Borderlands 2, playing as Maya. She's a got variety to her style, decent power, and still needs to be active. For Pre-Sequel I'm definitely going with Claptrap. Jack doesn't look interesting except as an idea.

Borderlands 2 on PS4. It's sooooo pretty. I did not know the awnings animated! One downside of playing on the current generation is that with increased draw distance and better responsiveness in the control, I can snipe everyone from long distance. Kind of takes most of the challenge out of it.

What you did today
Yikes. When we had a pool, I went outside once and the pool pump was pouring water out because the top of the unit had popped. At least that was outside tho. Are you going to replace the carpet? I'd be worried about mold because of my allergies. :/ Anyway, hope it dries out quickly! Insurance adjuster is coming tomorrow and decision will be made after that. Talking with the water damage guy, it sounds like we'll likely get the carpet replaced and two of the cabinets. The vinyl weathered the incident well.
