Beat Hotline Miami 2 Really liked it, recommended for those who can handle some twitch.

I keep forgetting Pillars releases that week since I can't play it. Might be building a PC soon to do so.

Life is Strange Episode 2 coming March 24th. http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/2015-03-14-life-is-strange-episode-2-release-date So let me get this straight, March 24th is releasing Bloodborne, Borderlands Handsome Collection, and Life is Strange Episode 2. Looks like I know where all my time is going. At least Tales from the Borderlands is getting a week jump on all that.

I'm not really sure what the purpose of this is or where it's going, but let's just play it safe.

White People: What They Say in Public vs Behind Closed Doors

'CIS' is short for 'cisgender', an insanity driven label revolving around the world of the 'transgendered'. It's new on the landscape of words, and was created by 'sociologists' and the like. The etymology is fascinating to me. Trans was accepted and people pulled a term from isomerism in chemistry to complement it -

Trying to play Hotline Miami 2, but it's kind of stressful. So I keep going back to Peace Walker completionism. I heard the rocket launcher pistol is good for the troops in outer ops!

Less than halfway into a rental of Birdman and I already know I must own a copy.

White People: What They Say in Public vs Behind Closed Doors

Rob the word of power, use it! Don't use it, it makes people feel uncomfortable! Why do 'they' get to use it and I don't? Am I appropriately summing up the ongoing discussions here? People are weird. A remarkably inhomogenous mass of separate organisms, with separate minds (at least until I finish construction of THE MACHINE), and greatly different experience and backgrounds. We struggle to really one understand one another. It doesn't hurt me any to avoid making people uncomfortable because of the words I choose to use. And I suspect that might be true for most people. I kind of like the sentiment of trying to rob hate of its power, but that seems like something I'll want to wait for the sociologists to weigh in on. Groups other than the ones targeted can't precisely aid in that, their participation is hard to distinguish from further attack. Getting upset that others can say something you can't without the same reaction just seems selfish. They have a history and hurt to deal with there. Don't make it about you and your desire to speak carelessly. Onion's getting in on the topic: http://www.theonion.com/articles/fraternity-members-to-undergo-racial-sensitivity-h,38196/ -
Because it happens so regularly that the entire situation has just become background noise to your life?

I decided to try and co-op a mission in Peace Walker I was having trouble with. Got three other guys in no time from elsewhere in the world, or at least that's what their flag emblems lead me to believe. They carl gustav fultoned the enemy like it was a game of Quake. I ended up with 84 new soldiers. They would have fultoned the other 4 but I got bored of not doing anything, so tossed out a few headshots.

Not liking what I'm seeing here, but I don't know what I was expecting to begin with. Might just do a $4-500 build myself and save on OS costs with Steam OS. If you know what you're doing you're almost certainly better off building a rig yourself. Even if you add in the cost of the controller, you can still build a better rig for cheaper. I vaguely know what I'm doing, but every custom build I've had started with problems. I used to have an uncle who ran a shop that would help me, but he's moved away and got out of that business. Troubleshooting parts that simply don't want to work together was a pain in the butt. And I've seen so many memory cards that burnt up after a week and memory that failed after gaming for 15 minutes.

Lego Marvel Super Heroes They make me wait this long to get Magneto and he can't even fly? There is no justice in Legoland...

Three of the games I kickstarted but haven't been able to play are on that Steam OS sale. You have no idea how excited I am to find out that I'll be able to play them if I get a Steam machine. That's pretty much sold me on it right there.

I still kind of miss S-U8A4.

MMOs are absolutely fascinating places to learn about all walks of people. Star Wars Galaxies is the fuel for half the story ideas I want to tell. Personal lives, in-game actions, and everything in between. From the people willing to betray their own guild Jedi (to me) to the one guild that was run by a lesbian couple only to find out that one of the two is a man. It was absolutely heartbreaking to the guild founder. Who we later found out was also a man.

Tried out some old downloadable PSP games on my PS TV. Valhalla Knights, Killzone: Liberation, and Little Big Planet The only one that might be worthy playing past the intro is LBP, but I got bored of the original PS3 game rather quick, so I don't see why I'll spend time with this one to come to the same conclusion. None of them cost me anything, so that's an upside.

I'm a single player gamer for the most part, though more exclusively of late. I kind of view anything that doesn't at least inspire stories from me to be something of a waste of my time. Even multiplayer games can do that for a while, a good an intense session will generate ideas. But after I play them for a while and it seems like I've seen it all, that kind of goes away. I was already picky about what I liked to play online as it was, and with my PC down, I'm not exactly burdened with a plethora of multiplayer games that I could enjoy if I wanted to. So I don't play any at the moment. Console shooters are all very bleh with limited exception, and I respect my time too much for the grind of MMOs.

Finished watching Game of Thrones Season 4 last night. It ended in some really good spots. One nice thing about only watching it on Blu-Ray is getting to marathon it once a year. A bad thing is a malaise sets in once I'm done. On the general downside for the show, everything feels slower since season 3.

Finished Danganronpa 2, now I'm getting those game withdrawals.

I thought about making a joke here that in order to protest this, Forum Neutrality was suspended "so everyone can see what the US government is stealing from them." It would include a screenshot of this thread photoshopped so that half the posters were all fuzzy and unreadable and a promise that if you PM me, we can discuss a pricing plan catered to your budget. But then I realized it sounded like a lot of work.

I really liked part 1, thought it was absolutely charming and often funny. Doesn't seem like an instant-classic, but that's usually hard to say before the full picture is presented.

Anyone here play Steins;Gate for the PC? I'm looking at it for my next acquisition after I finish Dangan Ronpa.
