Why would people farm Blue dragon, when you end the ad6 the game is practically ower and you start new Group from the Beginning. You may find the Blue dragon next play through or not. But if you find it, the situation is the same next play through when you again start a new croup. I know that some people keep on playing with their old croups but what is the point of it. Those characters Are already maxed out, They don't develop anymore. It is much more interesting to start a new in anyway and try something completely different combination of characters and character powers. And that is the reason why replaying scenarios is so boring. The only thing that happens is that you may get new cards. Thats is why quest mode was so interesting. Sooner or later you did get some new power or skill without plaing exactly same this over and over. (In reality it was somewhat repeative also) but the idea was valid. Well those times Are now far behind. But the point of this monology is that card farming is not very usefull unless you need that card to pass some later scenario that you don't allready have passed. So if you get stuck, improving the deck is way to go. Otherwice you only change good cards to other good cards without benefitting the change in the game in any meaningfull way. If I personally find Blue dragon with new Group, it is interesting situation to see how it will help the Group to pass next scenarios, Until the last scenario has been played. And after that who knows what the next croup will get. Maybe those hearoes has to strugle throght the adventure only using rusty intense an weapaons if I am really unlucky at least it will be interesting challenge.

2-man team
Hannibal_PJV replied to B0sh1's topic in Pathfinder Adventures: Characters Builds & Strategies (Spoiler Warning!)
With two characters it should have some means to heal, because each characters has a lot of turns so you burn through your deck multible time during one scenario. Either spells or items. Also a wide variety of skills to close down locations can be usefull. Who has wisdom, dexterity and strength, who has intelligence, charisma and constitution. -
They should merge nicely, but if it does not, I think that it is easier to use you mobile version as a Main account in this case because it is harder to say what gone missing if Something goes wrong.

Exceptionally bad rolls
Hannibal_PJV replied to Fade2gray's topic in Pathfinder Adventures: General Discussion (No Spoilers!)
90% means that every roll of them will fail... and that is a guite a lot. I have had those in tabletop version. I have 5 dice and I only need two of them more than one... or one with more than two: I rolled, 1,1,1,1 and 2... not likely but those happens -
Touch support for PC version?
Hannibal_PJV replied to mrhorseshoe's question in Pathfinder Adventures: Technical Support (Spoiler Warning!)
Check out from the options if there is a tablet mode available. Not yet have been time to load the Steam version so not looked all the options so far. But if there is not, definitely a big thumb up for tabled mode to Windows devices! 2-1 devices Are really important in Windows environment! -
iPad Air 2 only has 2 GB system memory. iPad air only has 1 Gb system memory... and that is very Little. The storage usage is not the problem, it is the system memory. Some devices have 512 My or even less and those devices have really bad problems at this moment. They were in trouble even before the newest upgrades. When normal PC has 4-32Gb system memory and Also can use hard disc as a extra memory it is no strange that PC version does not have samekind of problems.
-
Hmmm... maybe the same game running out of memory as has been mentioned in other threats. New features like stash, unclaimed cards and so on eats a lot of memory that is not normally problem in tabletop PC but can be problem in the mobile devices. You can contact support@obsidian.net with your User ID (username #xxxx), but I supose that you have to wait for the next update that should contain some memory usage optimization according to the developers.

Sounds like you pdif has changed. Contact support@obsidian.net with your User ID (username #xxxx) and your iPad or Android logging email. But before that try to close the app and logging again to your game Center account. (Restart both) and loggin from the game Center. Just to be sure. Ofcourse it can be other account problem but Obsidian support should be able to help with those too.

Check this long for instructions. http://forums.obsidian.net/topic/86274-reporting-issues-useful-information-to-provide/?p=1803748 And some advises: Put the problem and the game version to the header, so it is easy to see what is the bug and what version of the game was used. It makes us other users easier to find problem that others have encountered! I personally like posts that has one on very similar problems in one threath. It Also make finding help much easier than posts that have very Many different bugs in one threath.

1.2.6.3 Patch incoming
Hannibal_PJV replied to Flounder's question in Pathfinder Adventures: Technical Support (Spoiler Warning!)
A more accurate anology for this would be like your existing computer, which runs Windows 10 just fine, can no longer run Windows 10 because Microsoft released an update that broke the program on your existing computer, despite it having run just fine previously. Yes, that is quite possible that MS will do that in some day. But this case is more problematic, because it is a combination of os, new content and features vs. Very wide variation of new features. The new unclaimed cards feature seems to eat a lot of memory and so on, so the new version definitely eats more memory and so some devices that did run fine previously Are not fine at this moment and it will get worse the more content and new features come to this game... Same as there will be new features and options in every new win10 upgrade. So Sooner or later some older pc machine just cant take it anymore. But it is much easier to expand pc machine and the minimum is relatively low. Where pathfinder adventures has been guite heavy to mobile games even so far (as some heating and crashing because of too low memory or incompatible hardware has proken so far) But I agree that the situation is basically same kind as you desgribe. The matter is what can be done to it. And code optimization can help if the code otherwice is valid. The testing of code in the different devices should be more thorough, but I Expect that it is possible to test only with few devices among the millions of different ones. I know that soon Apple 5 series phones Are not going to run this program because They will not get the next ios upgrade and so most likely not run new version of this game. It happens Sooner or later if the development of this program will not be stopped. And I am not sure how Many would hope that. We would like new content and so... may run similar situations Also in the future. -
1.2.6.4 is now Live!
Hannibal_PJV replied to Dunesparrow's topic in Pathfinder Adventures: General Discussion (No Spoilers!)
I think that the change to autosalvaging is coming in the next update, not in this but I may remember wrong. At least the release notes does not say any changes in salvaging system in this update. -
1.2.6.3 Patch incoming
Hannibal_PJV replied to Flounder's question in Pathfinder Adventures: Technical Support (Spoiler Warning!)
Ofcourse every update change the program and it seems that last updates did change the amounth memory that was needed to run. It like my old XP Computer can not run win10 because. But as long as there is no solution the the reason why something does not work anymore is not certain. Sometimes os update can cause that the program does not work anymore. Sometimes it is because you device os has not been updated and the program has been so that it will work with the new os. In mobile environment it can be real pain in the ... because some devices newer get upgrades. So making new features to old program is very riscy because the mobile environment change somquicly and old devices very seldom get upgrades. There Are quite a lot new features that eats memory. Stash, autoculling treasure card etc. that can cause problems. The solution is/Are: A) newer make changes, only good to apps that don't get new content B) buy new device always when your apps stop working, if you Are rich C) buy device that gets upgrades a Little bit longer time, hard to find and normally expensive D) optimice code always after new content is increased (takes some time...) The pathfinder in a moving target so solution D seems to be the most sensible from the view point of consumer and that is what They Are trying to do. Sooner or later the option D is not good enough and we have to rely on options a, b or c. -
