Thanks for uploading your save. I loaded your save and I looted the item with no problems and it appeared in my stash. I suggest verifying your game cache in Steam. In your Steam Library, right click Pillars of Eternity > Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity of Game Cache. Thank you for your support. -
Hello Luqash, I appears you have integrated graphics on your machine along with you GT630M. Please make sure that both graphics cards are up to date. The best way to do this is to run Windows Update or go to your manufacturers website and get the drivers. Also make sure that your machine is using the correct graphics card. Here is a link on how to ensure that your GT630M is the default card. https://support.lenovo.com/nz/en/documents/ht078706 Go to your Control Panel > Power Options > Select a Power Plan > Set to High Performance. Hopefully those options will help your performance. Let me know how it goes. Thank you for your support.

Those 3 crit bonus should be stacking. So you could get crit that high, but the numbers don't seem to be reflecting that. I'll write up a bug. Thanks for the hard work! -

Hello ferrousaemyr, Typically with integrated graphics, your computer might not always use the correct graphics card. Check to see if your graphic cards are up to date, you can go to your laptops manufactures site to get the drivers or run a Windows Update. Make sure you set your computer to "High Performance" in your Power Options in the Control Panel. Right click your Nvidia icon in the task bar and you can also manually set the graphics card there too. Thank you for your support. -

Hello gravesville, Welcome to the Forums and I apologize for the inconvenience. Make sure that your graphics card is up to date and have you verified your game cache? In your Steam Library, right click Pillars of Eternity > Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity of Game Cache. If that doesn't work, try reinstalling the game. Hello everyone, Got an update on the issue. This is actually by design. Novice's Suffering was not intended to work with Druid's Spiritshape, however, the natural attacks from the druid's spiritshape now scales with level, so this should make up for not being able to use Novice's Suffering. Hello tamimh, I was able to load up your saves and view them. You might want to uninstall and reinstall the game and see if that works. You will find the output log in the GoG/Pillars installation folder. That will be very helpful to determine what your issue might be. Thanks!- 21 replies

Hello Sontar, I could be a graphics card issue. Make sure that your graphics card is up to date. What resolution are you playing in? Fullmode? Windowed? Try switching between the 2 and see if that helps at all. Could you please upload a save file and an output log via dropbox? Thanks! -
Hello Stuffu, You will fin the sigil of the sword in a hidden spot (you need to be in sneak to search for it) in the upper right corner of the Workshop in the scroll cabinet. As for Durgan's Battery resetting, that is not intended and we are aware of the issue. I would suggest loading an older save and hopefully it doesn't reset again. Thank you for your support!
