I checked the zip file you uploaded and I am seeing all the saves in the loading screen. Which saves were not loading? I also checked your output log and saw some files that couldn't be loaded from Galaxy. Fallback handler could not load library C:/GOG Games/Pillars of Eternity/PillarsOfEternity_Data/Mono/libC:/GOG Games/Pillars of Eternity/PillarsOfEternity_Data/Plugins/GalaxyCSharpGlue.dll I would suggest uninstalling the game again and deleting the Pillars of Eternity folder then reinstall the game. Also if you have an anit-virus program, make sure that GOG and Pillars have an exception for the firewall. I can't say for certain that GOG Galaxy will help, but I have not had any issues with it. It serves much like Steam and updates the game whenever there is an update so you don't have to manually download each patch and install the game. So I leave it up to you on which method you want to use. Thanks again!

Hey MunoValente, Do those save happen to be The White March saves? If you don't have the DLC installed for whatever reason, those saves will not show up. Make sure you have The White March DLC installed. GoG will have 2 patches for the base game and for TWM. Make sure they are both installed. Thank you for your support.

Hey Torm, I loaded up your save and went to the stronghold to pull Sagani out. I looked at her stats and they look correct. Looking at your screenshot, the first one show Ittumak's stats and the second one shows Sagani. I think you must of gotten them confused. As for the second bug, I've written up that bug previously so its still in our database. I'll take a look in the thread you posted. Thank buddy!

Game breaking bug!
Aarik D replied to DrakenKin's question in Pillars of Eternity: Technical Support (Spoiler Warning!)
Hello DrakenKin, Its seems that your save file has been corrupted and rolled back on the data. Which is why you are "rediscovering" things you have already done. Could you please upload a save file and an output log via dropbox so I can take a look? I would suggest to loading an older save before the corruption or starting a new game. Before doing that, 2.02 is now live, so please opt out of the beta. and Verify your game cache in steam. Thank you for your support. -

Hey andakanda, I took a look at your files and there is a lot of corruption going on. I tested yout our pre-endgame save and progressed through the game and things seemed to be okay. I put a bug into our system with your files attached so the programmers can take a look at it. In the mean time, I would suggest going back to your pre-endgame save. Its unfortunate that you will lose out on the time you spent playing. Can you recall the exact events which caused your save to get corrupted? I would also suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the game, since there are a lot of errors occurring.

Penetrating Shot not working
Aarik D replied to Sannom's question in Pillars of Eternity: Technical Support (Spoiler Warning!)
Hello Sannom, I have confirmed your bug and added it to our database, but I was only able to reproduce the bug in your save and not another. Do you have any ideas on how its occurred? Did you retrain at any point? Thanks! -
Small framerate drops in certain areas.
Aarik D replied to Torm51's question in Pillars of Eternity: Technical Support (Spoiler Warning!)
Hello everyone, Every computer may handle the game differently and we are constantly working on game optimization. So please bear with us while we work out the kinks. In the mean time try out these options and see if it improves performance. There may be various factors contributing to this issue, so take a look at the different fixes to try and solve the problem. Disable Anti-Aliasing Many users have reported running into framerate issues and frequent crashing. If this is happening on your machine, go to the Graphics options and move the Graphics Quality slider to the left. This will disable anti-aliasing and should help your game's framerate. Lower Resolution If framerate issues persist after disabling anti-aliasing, then lowering resolution can sometimes add significant increases to performance. This can sometimes help significantly, especially on machines with lower system specifications. We are working on more ways to support performance increases as we patch the client. Clean and Clear Your Computer Dust and other particles can accumulate on parts of your computer, adversely affecting its efficiency when it attempts to run demanding programs and games. It is also important to make sure there is sufficient access to the ventilation fans for the computer so it can keep itself cool. Make sure to keep your computer or laptop clean and clear to avoid unnecessary strain and overheating. Run as Administrator Some users are reporting major performance issues when not running the game as an administrator. If you are noticing issues such as this, please make sure that you are running the game in administrator mode. You can do this by doing the following: Navigate to the Pillars Of Eternity install folder. Right-Click on the executable icon. Choose Properties. On the Compatibility tab, select the Run This Program As An Administrator option. Click OK. If you see a User Account Control prompt, accept it. Could you guys please post your systems specs (dxdiag file), save files, and an output log so I can add them to a bug report? Thank you for your support and patience! -

Save game data lost / rollback
Aarik D replied to Nhimaen's question in Pillars of Eternity: Technical Support (Spoiler Warning!)
Hello everyone, This bug is rare and difficult to reproduce. I was wondering if you guys could give me and hand and try to recall on the exact moment that the bug occurred? So you happen to have a save before it happened and after that you could upload for me so I can take a look and add it to the bug report in our system? An output log would be great too. Thank you all for your support and patience. -
Hello theifzeri0, Sorry for the inconvenience. I notice you are still playing on a older build (v2.00.706) we are currently on v2.02.749. Please update your game and see if that works. If you have The White March installed, there will be 2 patches from GOG. Make sure you download and install the patch for the base game and for the DLC. Also, please make sure your graphics card has the latest drivers installed and check to see if you have EVGA Precision X installed. This application has been known to cause crashes with Unity games, please disable it. Thank you for your support.
