  1. Hello SeaSquall, Welcome to the Forums! Make sure that your graphics card has the latest drivers installed and verify your game cache in steam. In your Steam library, right-click Pillars of Eternity > Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity of Game Cache. Thank you for your support!
  2. Could you please upload a screenshot so I can see what you are describing? Chances are you need to make sure your graphics card is updated and/or verify your game files if you are playing through steam or gog galaxy. Thanks!
  3. Hello everyone, As I have mentioned before, we are aware of these issues as they are in our database and still we are working on these issues. As we enter bugs, fixes don't always get implemented into the patches. Reading the patch notes will help clarify on bugs that have been fixed and implemented.   4. Hello OverHaze, At the bottom left of the screen, there is a Change Theme button. Click that and select IP.Board and that will give you black text on white background. Cheers!
  5. Hello joiedevivre, Was there a cutscene when you entered his portion of the cave? Could you please upload a save file and an output log via dropbox so I can take a look? Try verifying your game cache in steam and see if that fixes it. Thank you for your support
  6. Hello LaSpeakeasi, I took a look at your save and I've added a bug into our system. Can you please upload an output log as well? In the mean time, do you have an older save you can use? You will lose out on some hours of progression, but at least you'll be able to continue playing. If it happens again, then its definitely something thats reproduceable. Thank you for your support.   7. Hello Deathtognomes, Welcome to the Forums. If you just recently upgraded to Windows 10. Please make sure you run Windows Update and install the critical updates. Also, make sure that your graphics card has the latest drivers installed. It is possible that upgrading to Win 10 moved some files around and if verify cache did not work, I would suggest uninstalling the game and reinstall it. Thank you for your support.

  9. Hello Skirge01, This happens with large resolution monitors, small scenes only have so much real estate to work with so you aren't going to be able to zoom out or pan. We have a bug in the system about larger resolutions. Thank you for your support.

  11. Hello billyness, Welcome to the Forums! If you look at the menu bar on the bottom of the screen, look for the System Preferences Icon. It'll most likely be on the right side of the bar. Once there, go to Mouse settings and the option for that should be there. Another option is to use a standard PC mouse and plug it into your Macbook. Thank you for your support!

  13. Hello Pukoid, What you are seeing in those screenshots are not invisible npcs, its the name plate trying to find a spot when you hold down shift. There isn't enough space for the name plates to fit close to each other since you are zoomed out so far. As for the DR. The bonuses are automatically updated in top description Thank you for your support.

  15. I checked the zip file you uploaded and I am seeing all the saves in the loading screen. Which saves were not loading? I also checked your output log and saw some files that couldn't be loaded from Galaxy. Fallback handler could not load library C:/GOG Games/Pillars of Eternity/PillarsOfEternity_Data/Mono/libC:/GOG Games/Pillars of Eternity/PillarsOfEternity_Data/Plugins/GalaxyCSharpGlue.dll I would suggest uninstalling the game again and deleting the Pillars of Eternity folder then reinstall the game. Also if you have an anit-virus program, make sure that GOG and Pillars have an exception for the firewall. I can't say for certain that GOG Galaxy will help, but I have not had any issues with it. It serves much like Steam and updates the game whenever there is an update so you don't have to manually download each patch and install the game. So I leave it up to you on which method you want to use. Thanks again!
  16. Hello srlapo, I went ahead and created a new game and I was unable to reproduce this bug in our latest internal build. So it is a possibility that this issue has been fixed. I'll keep an eye on it. Thank you for your support.
  17. Hey MunoValente, Do those save happen to be The White March saves? If you don't have the DLC installed for whatever reason, those saves will not show up. Make sure you have The White March DLC installed. GoG will have 2 patches for the base game and for TWM. Make sure they are both installed. Thank you for your support.
  18. Hey Mojocity, Try restarting your computer and then uninstall the game again. Have you tried using GoG Galaxy Client? If you want, download that client and install the game from there. Thank you for your support.

  20. Hey Torm, I loaded up your save and went to the stronghold to pull Sagani out. I looked at her stats and they look correct. Looking at your screenshot, the first one show Ittumak's stats and the second one shows Sagani. I think you must of gotten them confused. As for the second bug, I've written up that bug previously so its still in our database. I'll take a look in the thread you posted. Thank buddy!

  23. Hello DrakenKin, Its seems that your save file has been corrupted and rolled back on the data. Which is why you are "rediscovering" things you have already done. Could you please upload a save file and an output log via dropbox so I can take a look? I would suggest to loading an older save before the corruption or starting a new game. Before doing that, 2.02 is now live, so please opt out of the beta. and Verify your game cache in steam. Thank you for your support.
