  1. Hello Zeaig, I have merge your thread with this one. Could you please upload a save file and an output log via dropbox so I can add it to our bug report? Thank you
  2. Hello everyone! Andrea is correct, we are aware of the issue and its already in our database. Thanks and keep up the good work!
  3. Hello Aelyn, Welcome to the Forums! Could you please upload a save file and an output log via dropbox so I can take a look? Do any of your autosaves not have the issue occurring? Thank you for your support.
  4. Hello everyone, Muflak, I tried to download your save files but it kept telling me that your files contain malicious malware. I ran the test on a different save and I was unable to reproduce the issue. It could be possible that the issue was fixed in our internal build. Thank you for your support.
  5. Hello wbc889, I created a new game to see if I could reproduce the problem but I was unable to do so. However, loading your save I saw the error. Try verifying your game cache and see if that fixes your issue. In your steam library, right-click Pillars of Eternity > Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity of Game Cache. Thank you for your support
  6. Hello Soiram, I apologize for the inconvenience. When I clicked on your dropbox link, the link is no longer working. I'm glad starting a new game resolved your issue, but I would still like to get your files so I can take a look. Did you purchase the game through Steam? If so, please verify your game cache if it happens again. Thank you for your support!
  7. Hello tid242, If this happens again, please verify your game files and see if that resolves your issue. Thank you for your support.
  8. Hello Sontar, I apologize for the inconvenience. Could you please be more specific on the issue you are experiencing? When I open up the quest log and click on a quest, it remains on the quest and I can read it normally. Thanks!
  9. Hello everyone, I'm glad you resolved the issue on your own. If it ever comes up again, please let us know. I will put in a bug about that specific driver and 2.02. Thank you for your support.
  10. Hello everyone, Does anyone happen to have a save before you head over to the ogre cave? Could you please upload that save and an output log via dropbox (or something similar) so I can take a look? Thank you for your support!

  14. Hello Andrea! We have fixed the problem and will be released in the next patch! Thanks and keep up the good work!
  15. Hello everyone, I apologize for the delay. We work regular hours here at the office and aren't online 24/7. The ~Library folder is hidden, but it should be accessed the same way it is accessed in OSX Yosemite. From Finder > hold down the Option key, then choose Go > Library. Another way of accessing the folder: From Finder > select the Go Tab > Click on Go to folder > type in ~/Library > Press Go > Logs Folder > Unity Folder > Player.log Please keep in mind that OSX El Capitan was released only 6 days ago (according to the apple site), things don't always work out in the early stages of release. We are currently looking into the situation and trying to resolve this quickly. Thank you for your support and patience.
  16. Hello everyone, Could you all please upload a players log and post them here? And post your system specs if you haven't already. Thank you for your support!

  21. Hello singular, Welcome to the Forums! You can upload .txt files such as dxdiag and output logs, screenshots, but not save files. For save files you have to use something like dropbox or google drive, etc. Did you happen to quicksave right as soon as Maerwalds dialogue ended? Thank you for your support.
