When you begin digging at the spot where the skeleton appears, nothing looks like it has been unearthed (though that’s normal with most dig-able objects), on the second swipe with the black ant shovel a bit of the skeleton is revealed, and the final swipe brings the entire skeleton in view.. for about half a second until it disappears. FUBAR - we finished the series even though it didn't pull us in and was pretty bad in parts but it was easier to finish watching than find the remote. If that isn't a ringing endorsement then I don't know what is.

A FF/SG is a real tank with serious DPS potential as well. It's also one of the few builds in this game that can safely spam sacred immolation, since with max RES you quickly shrug off the raw damage caused by that ability. If you follow @Powerotti guide, keep in mind that you don't need to use Mohora Wraps as food so long as you max RES, since that alone is enough to keep the duration very short for your FF curse; apparently the added malus to negative effect duration from the food doesn't do much due to the way the math works in this game. I prefer using Hot Razor Skewers for the +1 PL and the +2 PEN for weapon attacks. The main thing for this build is to make sure you get to 35 RES. Doing a no rest run or a mod that makes this unnecessary makes this much easier to reach.

Coming back to silent protagonists. The one that worked surprisingly well was the player character in Defiance. You had 0 agency and were just following orders, but because even in quite a few cutscenes your character was kinda silently looming, it worked out really well as you being the leg breaker who got things done.

It was at that pivotal moment when we started receiving a massive deluge of Japanese games with American Characteristics like 'Resident Evil' 'Final Fantasy VII', and 'Metal Gear Solid'. I don't know the future of Japanese games, but fear of China taking revenge on them after their atrocities towards the Chinese in the 1930's is kinda forcing them into the arms of the Americans even tighter, despite wishing for strategic autonomy. Let's hope for a future scenario where Chinese, Japanese, and American products can be seen as their own unique brands w/o bloodshed!

@ShadySandsEverybody has a different idea of what old skool is, plus that changes with time. For me, what changed hip hop forever was the arrival of Wu-Tang. 36 Chambers came out in 1993, so that's my own line in the sand. It's up to the individual, though.

Watched Tear Along the Dotted Line and This World Can't Tear Me Down, both 6-part mini series. Honestly it was pretty great. Probably will rewatch it, though, because some parts were so fast, I had troubles following.

The author later apologized for the book and cited health reasons for the low quality. Apparently he really was deathly ill, but nobody knew wet leopard growls were a symptom.
