You may be being a little unfair here. There is, after all, evidence that the rebels have been summarily executing africans they've found in areas they control as 'mercenaries' which would probably be close enough to "genocide" for a generous interpretation. But were I a Texan I wouldn't choose a Belgian rifle, I'd probably be looking at a modular M4 weapons package with a shotgun, pistol, knife, compound bow and an aircraft carrier as back-up.
