  1. Started a new play through today, and having cleared the exterior of Cead Nua, but prior to clearing the Great Hall I noticed the new zone "Yenwood Field". Cool! I thought to myself, and went there right away. As it turned out, there was nothing there except a large number of very angry looking people, so I left without a fight. I headed back to Cead Nua, where to my surprise I was on the wrong side of the barbican. So, nothing to do but head on out and come from the Black March side I thought... But instead, noticing that Woodend Plains was now an available travel destination from the south side of Cead Nua, I headed on down there, grabbed Sagani for my party, and went on through the Aedelwan Bridge into Copperlane - at which point I believe I received the quest "A Call to Court". Now here's the problem - I had not at this point cleared the Cead Nua Great Hall. So now when I aggro the undead in the Great Hall, the first thing they do is rush over and annihilate the quest NPC for "A Call to Court" leading to quest failure. No chance of my catching them prior to his demise as far as I can tell. So this quest NPC could be moved to the doorway of the Great Hall in future builds, possibly? Also, I am not sure why Yenwood Field is open for travel at this point in the game, possible bug? I would post this in the bugs forum, but I don't see a bugs forum, so I'll post this to general in the hopes that a kind mod will move it if appropriate.
  2. The Bartenders ring to be found in the storage room of The Goose and Fox in Defiance Bay has *missing itemmods* instead of two enchantments when hoovering over it. My game version is 2.0.3.0778 (gog.com), so it might be an already fixed bug.
  3. Here is the question. When I came into a castle, there was a weapon called Whisper of Yenwood. When I used my warrior to pick it up, I couldn't find it in my inventory. I tried to select other characters to do this but failed again. I guess same situation occurred several times during the game.
  4. Have found a bug with wizard grimoire switching in the recent beta patch (Feb 5). After the patch, wizard grimoires in quick item slots seem to be invisible and unselectable, meaning that my wizards can no longer switch grimoires in combat. If a grimoire is the only item in the quick item slots, the bag icon is NOT greyed out but mousing over it reveals an empty background plate. Adding extra items makes those items available, but still no grimoire, not even an empty space. Very annoying I must say. Tried everything to fix it. Started a new game, same problem. Messed around with graphics settings, reloaded old saves, even reinstalled the game from scratch, but nothing has brought my grimoires back I'm playing on an early 2011 Macbook Pro (I know, I know) running OSX 10.11. Previously had an issue with summoned weapons (having a summoned weapon in hand deleting quick item grimoires when clicked). The previous beta version seemed to fix it, but the most recent has messed it up again. This is the only significant and persistent bug I've run into in ~90 hours of play across multiple versions aside from the grimoire deleting one. Now I'm afraid I'll have to stop my playthrough until the next patch as grimoire switching is so integral to my playstyle (I like to be prepared. Real prepared). Really loving the experience so far and I hope that this issue is resovled so I can get back to it.
  5. I've looked and looked, and according to the interwebs, the Outwarn Buckler is supposed to be at the Tuatanu's shop in Gilded Vale. It is not available for purchase at all. Is this a bug? Or was the item removed in the latest patch? I do have 3 Paladins in my party, I don't know if that has anything to do with it.
  6. I'm at the cinematic where Mira is cornered by Hanharr under the Jekk Jekk Tar. The cinematic plays and as it goes to black to transition to the fight the game gets an error and stops working, causing a crash to desktop. I've seen a similar thread from before about this bug where the problem was caused by corrupt save files that were found using KSE. I have been trying to do this but I'm not skilled enough using KSE. If someone could use KSE to find the corruption in my save files I would be very grateful.   7. Hello, this is the second time I found a hidden item (in purple on the screenshot) that doesn't come into focus on mouseover (frame around the item) resulting on me not being able to pick it up. I tried switching scouting on permanently, no change. Shutting down the game and reloading also does not change this behaviour. So my mechanics skill must be high enough as I discovered the item but I still can't pick it up. This happened after the drake fight in Searing Falls Cave. Moving to the coin pile, toggling scouting on reveals both the normal item which looks like a vase and the hidden square-ish purple item below it. While the normal item can be pillaged the hidden item does not change on mouseover and it can't be picked up which is annyoing as hell as I read that it contains one of the two best 2H swords in the game. I'd attach savegames, log files, etc if it weren't for the 507KB file size limitation... I'm running POE on a desktop PC, Win10, 8GB RAM, HD4600 graphics card, Intel i5 CPU.
  8. My character keeps spawning in weird places on maps where she shouldn't be able to spawn, sometimes even in the black void beyond the realm of these maps. I initially encountered this in Magran's Fork where my character spawned in the trees and I couldn't move, though other actions were still permitted. As I'm an avid solo ironman player there's no save to go back to so the 2 times this happened to me - and I haven't been able to quit and reload the game, which fixes the issues, but only sometimes - I've had to restart from the beginning. Only today it's constantly happening, so I looked it up and found out someone else was having the same issue and they were told to verify integrity of game cache. I did this and it snatched my character from the middle of nowhere and plopped her down right where she's supposed to spawn... However, every time I load into a new area it keeps happening, over and over again. It's the same spots on the same maps every time and I can never move my character. Sometimes quitting fixes it, other times it simply doesn't. It's getting to the point where it's unplayable which is a real shame. I'm playing on steam, by the way.
  9. I noticed that often when I order a party member to cast a spell from a scroll during a big fight, said party member more often than not starts casting but stops before the casting is finished. Not only that, but the combat log says that the party member used the ability yet the scroll is unused and the spell is uncast. Scrolls of paralysis seem to be the exception, interestingly enough.
  10. ---MIGHT CONTAIN SPOILERS--- Hi, I picked up KOTOR2 in the steam sale and was enjoying it, but I have reached the part where you are about to get back to your ship and escape the Peragus mining station, but in the Hangar Bay area, the door at the top of the stairs leading down to the decontamination area has a 'Mining Droid Mark I' literally inside the door, and I can't attack the droid to clear it, or open the door because the droid is blocking it. I've tried running back into previous area and coming back, reloading, restarting etc but it is always still there, so I can't open the door and progress at all. I was wondering is there some way to go in the console to reset the enemies or open the door etc, or something else I can do to fix this because its a shame since I was enjoying the game up to this point. Thanks for any help.
  11. Hi! Small bug I noticed that I figured I'd report. After finishing the questline with Kaenra/Purnisc with the "Lie to Kaerna" decision where you inform her Purnisc was impersonated but omit that he's a svef dealer, Kaenra is still sitting at her table. If you click on her after finishing the quest, you get a missing dialogue reference as demonstrated in the screenshot below. http://imgur.com/a/RwO5M Note that after reloading my game, Kaenra is not at her table anymore and is nowhere to be found, so I could not test if the dialogue bug was still active after a reload. Hope this helps. Bouture *Ps. I've been dealing with another bug where sometimes after an extended play session my Accept/Cancel buttons on all confirm windows become invisible. They can still be clicked and interacted with, but are invisible otherwise. I however do not have any trigger information other than extended play time, so not much help there.
  12. I started a fight by having all my party members selected and clicked a beetle. After it died I let the AI auto attack the other beetles at first. After a few seconds I selected Hiravias and had him spiritshift. I let him auto attack though and I noticed he went and attacked Eder instead of a beetle. I selected hiravias and clicked a beetle and he attacked it. The log in the screenshot shows him attacking Eder. Hiravias engaged Stone Beetle in Melee. Hiravias misses Eder. Hiravias grazes Eder for 3 Slash damage. Thats when I noticed what was happening and clicked the beetle. I dunno what would of caused the AI to engage the beetle and yet attack my own party. I decided to check if it does it again. I reloaded the quicksave, attacked the beetle, waited for it to die, then selected hiravias and spiritshifted. He attacked himself.   13. The endless path's are closed and won't open. My stronghold is ampely decked out and I have tried different combinations of companions. Simply put, there is the stone in the way. I can access the map but not the second level since I never got there. Is there a console command that transports me to the second level, so that I can access it and then the other levels via the map? Maybe there is a console command that enables the second level via the map of the cellar door? Please help me, it really sucks no to get to play this part of the game.   14. I have a problem with the map of PoE. Today I noticed, that the maps of dungeons and other Locations are completely visible even if I visit the respective Location for the first time. The "dark myst" in the game is existing. But when I open the map I am able to see everything. Does somebody have the same Problem? What can I do? The game version is the latest one.
  15. (I know you guys are on holiday for a while, but just wanted to get this in while the memory was fresh.) This is very hard to reproduce, so I do not have a saved game I can provide. I have a wizard that has 2-3 grimoires, the extras kept in the quick item slot. I also have Fast Switch, if that matters. Anyway, depending on the situation in combat, I'll click on one of the other grimoires to switch. Very occasionally, however, clicking on a grimoire will--instead of switching my active grimoire with the one I just clicked--completely remove the grimoire from the game, permanently. The only remedy is to load an earlier game (fortunately, out of habit on Path of the Damned I always save before a fight). I think something is getting confused and the game is treating the grimoire like a normal item, consuming it with no effect. (This may be related to an ongoing issue where sometimes characters will confuse animations and effects, which may be related to queuing up actions that somehow get disrupted.) Possible related factor: I almost always start casting a spell before doing the grimoire switch. In other words, I click on a spell that I can cast, then click on a grimoire I want to switch to. This normally means that my wizard will cast the spell while I'm still working down my grimoire cooldown. Maybe depending on the timing something is getting confused here?
  16. Please fix the bug where you can reset your action by inventory spamming to constantly attack. Basically you open your inventory (I) after every swing to reset the swing after damage has already been done to immediately swing again. Thanks!
  17. When talking with Durance about what he knows about the local region, the subject of the Vailian Republics is raised (shockingly, he doesn't like them.) Members of the culture-group for the Vailian Republic are able to respond ('I'm from the Republics, is that going to be a problem') with indignation. However, members of the Old Vailia culture group are also able to respond that they are from the Republics, even though they are not. TLTR: Old Valian culture is wrongly given Vailian Republic responses. Steps to Reproduce: Talk to Durance (at any time, as far as I know) about what he knows about the region and its history with a character with the Old Vailia culture group. Talk until Durance complains about the Republics.
  18. It seems Garden of Life spell (level six druid spell) is not working. Is it only me or is it a general bug? This is one of the most important spells (according to description because I can't use it) so please tell me what is happening. Thanks!
  19. Sometimes the buttons are missing the graphic (they still work if you click them). Please, see image: http://imgur.com/EHLmhiy I don't know how to reproduce it, it just happens sometimes.   20. I've been able to reproduce this with two different characters. My character is using the female stoic voice but near the end of the game after disintegrating Iovara's soul in the pillar, exiting to the east towards Shadow in the Sun the main character will say "So... it's true the gods are a sham that people have followed for thousands of years" in a clearly male voice. I think this is also the first time I've ever even heard the main character have her voiced dialogue outside of dialogue choices.
  21. Fenwalkers boots description changed (in 2.0?) and now they're supposed to cut also 2s from stuck, hobbled, paralyzed duration - which doesn't work. Is the new description wrong or the boots aren't working as intended?

  23. hi there. info: im playing a six man potd run of poe+wm1 (version 2.03). i retrained my former cc/tank monk to an unarmed dps monk. the resulting values i get from unarmed accuracy/damage are too good to be true compared to any other builds/classes i tried before (and i tried many). please see the added screenshots of the unbuffed monk (no potions/grp buffs etc active). btw if i switch to a superb weapon my accuracy drops by about 30, so its probably an unarmed bug. is that a known bug and how can i get rid off it (bc id really like to play an unarmed dps monk, but not an overpowered bugged one)? thanks in advance for any help

  25. Hello all im triying to complete this quest to get Pallegina and i decided to Save the Merchant and kill the ambushers bug for some reason the quest wont complete ? name of the quest "AT ALL COST" Defeat Dana Doemenel . could anyone help
