  1. You can check some data one the number of steam users that own the games released in 2014 in this ArsTechnica article, there is a big table on the last page. Divinity: Original Sin was present in the games library of 802315 Steam users by 26th of February, Wasteland 2 in 384760 user libraries.
  2. You misunderstood. Karkarov in his reply to G1fted was referring to the "of Protection" property not stacking, not the ability to wear a cloak and an amulet at the same time.
  3. If there is anyone here with the ability to delete pages on the wiki, consider doing so with this page. It seems someone created it just to ask a question.
  4. Well that dragons wing membranes look damaged, and he has a rather large legs, especially the hind ones. Though, with them supposedly being so adaptable, maybe his legs grew larger after his wings were damaged. /wacko mod off
  5. Two games I own, Crusader Kings 2, and Europa Universalis 4, can be launched directly from the executable, no need of Steam or them being in the steamapps folder.
  6. Doesn't mater at all, if you win the combat they'll have no allies to revive them, and if you lose it's game over.
  7. I think it's a Steam's fault, if you look at the pricing you'll see that in Europe you have the same price but in Euros, in England you have exact the same number but with changed symbol from euro to pounds, same with USA. Why do people that live in Poland or Czech Republic for example have to pay more than people in USA while their revenues are a lot smaller, that's simply not fair. It's better for them to buy this game in Russia or Ukraine because the cost is much lower, ofc there's always a risk of being banned by Valve for this. Poland and Chech Rep. will have cheaper physical copies in stores. Outside of sales I don't purchase on STEAM as it's extremely expensive. However the store price for PoE is 125 PLN while Witcher 3 preorder costs 130 PLN in Poland and this is overpricing to me. Maybe, just maybe, CD Projekt decided to sell the game at a greatly reduced margin in Poland(them being Polish), because where I live the price is equivalent to 207 zloty. Strange, over here clothes are a product with one of the highest profit margins before price drops. P.S. I must commend this thread, it's giving the romance one a run for its money.
  8. The layout of the character screen and the inventory is almost completely the same as in DAO.
  9. It's 20% in both 392 and 435 at least. I checked, just the other day. So, the talent received a 20-25% indirect nerf. The chance needs to be increased to 25-26%, to be equally useful as in previous versions, but even then people were saying it was weak.
  10. Did they increased the chance of the Single Weapon Style talent to trigger when the graze range was reduced, or was it always 20%?
  11. Some may find this interesting, but meh. TSI Partners with RPG Developers in Cross-Game Character Import/Export Initiative
  12. I play Dota 2 semi-regularly, though I haven't played in the last two months. Also, I play LAN Warcraft DotA and AoE 2 with friends. Online multiplayer never drew me much, I only play if my friends do, the adrenaline and intensity were always much higher in LAN games.
  13. A pure stealth bonus would go well with a criminally inclined background, of which also there is none, but I guess it's too late for adding new ones. Edit: Didn't saw Raider.
  14. Well that's a bold-faced lie if there ever was one. That, or ignorance. Do you have data showing that over 50% of the games on GOG were released after the rise of the DRM? When exactly did DRM "rise", and how do you define it? Copy protection has been around since the 70s. Then there's the various forms of non-software protections... code wheels, picking out words from manual pages, etc. Given the topic of the thread I made the assumption that the kind of DRM being discussed is obvious , that's on me. To clarify I was referring to DRM requiring Internet connection to launch or run games, I'm fairly certain that's also what Bryy meant.

  16. Pigeons, bahhh . Ravens are what the cool kids use nowadays.
  17. I don't know, Bruce seemed quite happy to help a girl get through Animancy college last time a similar subject was discussed.
  18. Number 1 and 3 are the same, 4 is the digital version of them.
  19. Is the Chris Avellone novella finished, and are you able to tell us the name?
  20. Poor fellow gets ****ed on for being a "console peasant" while attending PDXcon .
  21. Does "suppressed" means you get a reduced bonus, or non?
  22. All these years I've been hearing people say "Fallout is the spiritual successor of Wasteland", and yet when I played them they were more different than BG and DAO. Have I been lied to ? Subjective **** gonna be subjective.
  23. Much ado about nothing. Why is it so difficult to imagine "Endurence" as the amount of damage the body can take before passing out; and as follows "Health", the amount before dying?
  24. I really think that's a bad idea, I'm getting annoyed just by trying to imagine how it would be to play with that option.
  25. And what is more interesting about bonus damage that's always the same type, compared to a bonus damage that changes accordingly to the attack you use?
