  1. Yep. Good stories are good stories and bad stories are bad stories. Doesn't matter if it's canon or not.
  2. Good riddance. Continuity police are worst type of fanboi.
  3. You paid for the privilege to do some pro bono work. Your call whether you want to report anything or not should you decide to go ahead with the beta.
  4. http://forums.obsidian.net/topic/66656-memorial/?p=1477623
  5. Somehow I think these are tangentially relevant regarding elf hate. The portraits themselves are good, and I could see myself using them should I want to create a puny and squishy elf.
  6. Technically, you did pledge for a beta access tier. But it's your prerogative whether you want to download Steam.
  7. Also, I realize we'll have a separate Cooking With Tim cookbook, but I still expect to see atleast one pastry recipe from Tim Cain to be printed on the back of the manual. And an introduction/foreword at the beginning in the style of Zeb Cook or Dr. Ray Muzyka. Because nostalgia.
  8. I believe it was stated a long time ago that the regular edition box was going to be a DVD style case...so we'll see what they can fit in there. However, I would be massively let down if on the Collector's Edition the manual isn't atleast 150 pages; containing charts and tables chock full of XP, talents, and spell descriptions -and printed on higher quality paper stock. I would be very pleased if it was spiral bound.
  9. Ideally, to complete the Redemption theme of the KotOR series, both Revan's and The Exile should die. There can't be a happy ending for either. One cannot attain true redemption with sacrifice. Remember, both Revan and The Exile were nasty pieces of work in the Machiavellan sense. Bother committed serious war crimes to achieve their goals. In Revan's case, entire civilian population centers -and this was before he even became Darth Revan. The Exile was responsible for carrying out Malachor V -which consumed him with overwhelming guilt. In both cases, they need to atone themselves - and not in the hokey saving the universe type redemption, but through a small act that has significant consequences to themselves that leads to an inglorious, and obscure ending incognito.
  10. They won't have sex with him.Ironically, the women who hate me most are the ones who are also wiling to have sex with me. Go figure. In my experience, some people enjoy having sex with someone they can't stand.I certainly do. Hatemances are the best romances. http://youtu.be/hltuM2s9trw
  11. https://eternity.obsidian.net Download will be through steam or gog.
  12. Because they are gross? http://youtu.be/ytTVFwoTZHY Spoiler Alert: it's pretty gross.
  13. Looks more like a smirk. I like them.
  14. Why do you hate women so much?
  15. What if the pet piglet wanders into the pig pen?
  16. A couple weeks outdated, but the best team in the NBA hired Becky Hammon to be an assistant coach. http://www.nytimes.com/2014/08/12/sports/basketball/becky-hammon-takes-big-steps-from-russia-to-san-antonio.html?partner=rss&emc=rss&smid=tw-nytimes&_r=0 This on the heels of Corinne Diacre being named head coach of Clermont Foot in France (second division football).
  17. So basically you want some sort of a benevolent dictator in the mold of a modern day Solon to take power? Yikes. Hopefully more Marshal Tito and less Mussolini in such a scenario...
  18. OT: Well, along with From Russia with Love and Casino Royale, For Your Eyese Only is my favorite Bond film. Also with The Spy Who Loved Me and Live and Let Die, the best Bond song. ... If I recall correctly, NWN2 wasn't SAG, but the voice actor who played Sand was magnificent.
  19. Have you completed the Pledge Management process? See above.
  20. There's a significant difference between having a house + a fence and an actual self-sustaining castle with its associated revenues.
  21. Also, by having too many places to rest for free (and without taking up resources) will discourage people from actually visiting inns - of which many generous backers designed. That'd be a real shame.
  22. I was on the Bio forums not too long ago. Just to check out what they are talking about concerning Eternity. I maybe visit it once every couple years. I was amused to find out that they have a MY LITTLE PONY THREAD. I am flabbergasted that as of right now, it's on its 1,888th page. That's damn good trolling.
  23. Expensive, but certainly a worthwhile investment for the agencies and municipalities that can afford it.
