This. My 2 cents is that the problem (well, besides the fact that the port to PC is REALLY sloppy and feels like something done last minute) is not in the various niggles one can point, but the fact that it feels very mediocre, generic and uninspired overall.

Game runs fine on my 5850, so I wouldn't just assume that everyone with Ati has problems or they don't care. Having this kind of bugs, or indeed, any bug sucks though, so I'm sorry you have to deal with this kind of problem. Hope a solution can be found soon.

They ARE showing Risen 2 at E3, I think it's just going to take a while before English previews kick off. Closed presentation, I think.

Gamecube didn't sell that well. They still made profit but it only sold about 21 million units worldwide during it's lifetime. It lost to Xbox and especially to PS2. Gamecube was the one with the impressive tech. This looks to be done on the cheap again, though enough time has passed that it can compete with PS3/Xbox 360. Of course, we'll only know when there will be more specifics on the tech and on the games.

EDIT: I mean, the console has obviously potential, but there's a definite risk of it ended up just like the Wii, with Nintendo doing its own thing alone and very few games selling well. If only they had shown, you know, games maybe I'd be excited.

Wii U Announced, Has Tech Demos and Ports

Abilities are linked to 1-2-3. They're showing from left to right in the HUD, on the lower left corner of the screen, near your portrait and health/focus. It's definitely not the best control scheme, but it's hardly unplayable.

I know this gaming generation doesn't like to read, but there's a big pop-up that tells you that it's just for the demo (because you can't save in the demo).

No, but if I recall correctly they will show something. They did show something last E3 after all. No reason they can't show something at both, like they did for other Bethesda games.
