Adema - Immortal -
Sorry, Mr. Mod, sir. Personally, I believe we Americans are the greatest single culture/race of super beings, in the entire known world. ...at failing ourselves and those around us.

On second thought...

Brazen. Very, very brazen. And yet not without its legitimacy. I love you

Johnny Cash - Hurt (Nine-Inch Nails Cover) Beautiful, just beautiful :'( -
So, we're basically waiting for a patch that ups the quality of movies and music...but does absolutely nothing for the myriad of bugs? Why?

Wow, can't believe I'm the only one who voted Grevious... Guess not many people have seen the Clone Wars series. Were he like his 2D self in ROTS, Obi'd been properly ******, and the same for Anny.

Thanks for the response... Any idea what the pay is for a position like that?

What games are you looking forward to?

Indigo Prophecy, called Fahrenheit in North America. Demo is here, and on other major sites. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Thank you! -
It's time for me to start thinking about the future, considering that my senior year is coming up, and I've managed to waste all the time needed for adequate thought on possible careers with my games. On that note, I was wondering whether there was significant need for writers in the gaming industry, and how fierce the competition was (Mostly so I have an idea how much effort I should put in " ). If not this, then an idea of some other area where my ability may be put to use would be appreciated... (By the way...Ignore my "Location"...I'm thinking about changing it, since I'm not too sure people realize there's room for contradiction in the mind's vast confines .)

1.Oblivion (The A.I. has piqued my interest, plus...You can get a horsey!!!) 2.Halo 3 (I have to see the ending...I just have to) 3.NWN 2 4.Half-Life 2: Aftermath (I'm really hoping for an Opposing Forces type of expansion) 5.Black and White 2 6.Call of Duty 2 7.Peter Jackson's King Kong 8.NFS: Most Wanted 9.Dragon Age 10.SW: Battlefront 2 11.Empire At War 12.KOTOR 3 I sense the need for a much higher cash flow. And what game were you guys talking about? The adventure game with the cleaning up of the crime scene. That sounded...intriguing, to say the least. -
I'm a good pole. Which a very good female friend of mine seems to love about me...what with the grinding, and such. I swear, it's like she's...ahem...fornicating on the dance floor. All in all, a very nice experience, considering her overall uber hotness. Personally, I suck at it, I'll stick to nodding my head to the rythm, thank you very much.

Why yes, yes I am. Glad you noticed. You're first one to say something so far. Spoken like someone who has never had to work in their life! Try standing up in cheap shoes for an eight, ten or fourteen hour shift and you'll soon change your tune. Comfortable shoes are pro-active orthop

Why do people care so much about shoes? I've just never understood it...all I can see is the purpose of them, to protect my feet, and a $100 price tag compared to a Payless $10 seriously makes me question the sanity of those around me.

Orgy - Fiction (Dreams in Digital) Just somethin about that name... -
Oh, well yeah, in that case, chalk that one up to bad game design. I never really played the game, so I can't say too much about it. Maybe I've just been unlucky so far, but I've yet to find a server where people actually use the squad/commander system. Sure, there are squads, but it's basically just them running around dieing together, with no thought given to an effective strategem. The commander's...for the most part, with few exceptions, have a habit of doing absolutely nothing...just flying around in a jet, or hiding in a building, constantly ordering artillery strikes on one area where there isn't even a concentration of enemy troops/armor.

I'm about 10% there, but it's slow goings for now. The APCs and AA are pretty good too, versatile, and I've taken out quite a few tanks with them. It sort of makes sense that tanks in both WW2 and Modern day warfare would be effective, and those used in Vietnam would be......less so, considering the terrain and dense dense dense foliage...and land mines/traps.
-
I seem to die a lot. Mostly when running to revive the idiot who thought it'd be a good idea to bum rush the enemy tank, while shooting his pistol into the air and repeating the "Enemy Activity" quick speak option. Flying is getting easier, but tanks are definitely the way to go, provided of course, that you're ok with the occasional rape via attack heli, or low flying fighter. And why can't I advance beyond Lance Corporal!? I've played sooooo much.....but with so little gain.

(Think I got this one right) Peter In Cast Away Garb: WILSON! WHAT ARE WE GONNA DO NOW!? WILSON! WILSON! WIL- Ball: My name is Voit, dumbass!
-
Er...Diablo/Diablo II? I guess... I really only play cooperatively on consoles...

Could be, i'm not famous for my memory, ya know.

God I love this show, so much so that I even went out and bought the DVDs...Hours of enjoyment. Lois: "Do you want some icecream sweetie?" Stewie: "Yes...but No sprinkles!...For every sprinkle I find, I shall Kill You!"

Hmmm...maybe I bought this X850XT PE a bit early. Great, now I'll be kicking myself for not waiting the extra week or two. Then again...I did upgrade from a 5600XT...so I guess it's not all bad news. And didn't the 7800's price drop, by some $100 or so within a week of its being introduced?

What, no Blue Gender or Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex? Shame on all of you! Personally, I liked Inuyasha, since I'm a soft-hearted fool at the end of the day, and Full Metal Alchemist is just.......for lack of a better word, interesting, a good interesting. Samurai Champloo is good for a laugh, and the fast-paced action sequences are well done.

Good to hear, can't wait to get cable back...this dial-up is just horrible. I feel like I'm regressing here. Yeah, a joystick is the way to go for piloting, found my Nostromo and it suddenly got a lot easier. Much less in the way of horrible, heart-wrentching, bone-jarring 1000 mph meetings with local fauna. You could play a mechanic, and still be formidable. It just gets a little difficult, what with the ducking, dodging, weaving, and sprinting you'll be doing trying to get in range to make use of the shotty. However...the pistols are suprisingly accurate and are actually pretty useful at medium range. Suppress and advance tactics might work... Pistol the s.o.b whenever possible, and run like hell to the next spot ahead of ya when he ducks for cover. (Feasible in reality, probably not in BF2.)
