A very, very good point. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Name one instance where an Isreali tank targetted a child. I dare you. I'll eat my words shamefully when you find it, except for the fact it never happened. Isreali targets government targets. Palestine targets civilians. Therein lies the difference in their tactics. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I meant it generally, as it was rather thought provoking to me... Edit: I don't believe I saw him mention anything about the morality of the Palestinian's acts. Second Edit: I think I'd be better off shutting up now, until I know what in the hell I'm talking about, and get a better idea of where people stand.

They didn't attack or invade to move into Isreal. The UN gave them a free pass and they moved in. They have attacked Palestinian government targets only in retaliation to terrorism. So the Palestinians are okay killing innocent civilians. You are down with that. But the Isreali people can't retaliate by attacking government targets because they have more money and better technology? By your logic, we shouldn't punish the terrorists of 9/11 because we have better technology. We should ignore the murder of thousands of innocent victims. That's great. That my friend is a corner. Keep backing into it. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I think you may be putting words in his mouth...

A non-fundamentalist pastor? ...the end is nigh, my brothers..................and sisters.

Dude, he could totally win it. He just has to put a different spin on it. "These dolls, along with the whole of modern media project unrealistic standards of appearance onto our fine country's girls and young women." The unrealistic standards of appearance stir up feminists and mothers, the mention of the media stirs up watchdog groups, and the 'fine country' line stirs up patriotic fervor. I should be a lawyer. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Evil. Pure EVIL. And genius, yes, genius

Another reason NOT to play with Katanas.

Playstation Generation Most Non-Violent
LoneWolf16 replied to Child of Flame's topic in Computer and Console
Basically, yes. I'm not all that strong. My female friends love it, since they can really do whatever they want with me, considering my lack in physical prowess... I consider it a positive thing, since I usually end up with a gorgeous girl sitting on my chest, pinning me down so she can screw around with my hair (My GOD that's a wonderful view, espescially when she's in a nice, revealing tank-top)....I never let it get too far though, so no braiding and or dying...... ...I'm strong when I have reason to be :D -
What music are you listening to right now?

Playstation Generation Most Non-Violent

Damn right he is. Meta's one of the more...um...eloquent members of the fora. And for that, I respect him. Yes, violence is down. Considering that the more time you spend inside, in front of a computer or console, the less time you're out exercising, building muscle, honing your skill in the area of hand-eye coordination, and acquiring the necessary amount of sunlight a day to maintain a healthy complexion. I'm not the least bit surprised " . -
John Lennon "Imagine" Imagine there's no heaven, It's easy if you try, No hell below us, Above us only sky, Imagine all the people living for today... Imagine there's no countries, It isnt hard to do, Nothing to kill or die for, No religion too, Imagine all the people living life in peace... You may say Im a dreamer, but Im not the only one, I hope some day you'll join us, And the world will live as one. (Imagine all the people sharing all the world) Imagine no possesions, I wonder if you can, No need for greed or hunger, A brotherhood of man, Imagine all the people Sharing all the world... You may say Im a dreamer, but Im not the only one, I hope some day you'll join us, And the world will live as one.

I'm a watered down, diet Philosopher....that's the closest I come to any of them, unless somebody else thinks otherwise... "

So, I'm right then. And to me, lieing doesn't necessarily mean saying something that isn't true...it's the act of misleading, or twisting facts to better suite your particular needs. Deception, basically. Not to seem arrogant or anything..I assure you, I'm quite the opposite.

Damn, Ender, way to completely and utterly annihilate the opposition. A few things though. #1: Are you attempting to argue that Bush's level of intellect is remotely satisfactory for the position of United States President? If so, why, and how could you? #2: Not to be completely unoriginal (As in the above question), but what about Sudan, North Korea, and all the other countries plagued by horrific violence, and genocidal warlords? Or are those next on the hit list? #3: Nearly 2,000 U.S. casualties, a definite lack in planning or forethought in regards to our military's needs (Body armor, and armored transport come to mind.), screw-ups up the ying-yang, and that damnable "Mission Accomplished" carrier landing have really strained my faith in the current administrations capability to lead during a large conflict.............That, and I'm one of those evil people who believes in Pro-Choice, and Gay Marriage. #4: I really have nothing here, and I'm just doing this because I felt like arguing for reasons that now make little, if any sense to me. Though I do, of course, look forward to a response.

I liked the Diablo soundtrack... "

Anybody else find this game to be underwhelming graphically, and in terms of sound, yet still strangely alluring and addictive? It's like the Diablos all over again, but prettier. :D

1024x768, Max settings.

I actually meant that it would end up being Neo-Con on Quiet Liberal, in place of Powell and Clinton. More like Bush on Kerry, the sequel.
-
That would be wonderful. The whole world would breathe a sigh of relief. Is it really going to happen? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> If only It'll end up being loud, brash Neo-Con against Quiet, thoughtful Liberal. It won't be pretty. :'(

That's an easter egg? I just thought it was for atmosphere...

Good advice

Yes, but it sure as hell couldn't hurt. As for the problem, I'm with everybody else...Cooling...even a desk fan would help (were the side panel removed, of course).
