  1. Hello bob_le_dinosaure, Welcome to the Forums! The issue you are experiencing is due to having a 32bit system. A work around can be found here, but please note that Obsidian is not liable for any issues that might occur with those settings.   2. Hello davi817, Could you please upload a dxdiag file and an output log so I can take a look? You can find those files by clicking on the link in my signature.   5. Hello Balashka, Please make sure you game is up to date and verify your game cache. If you purchased the game through steam, go to your library and right click Pillars of Eternity > Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity of Game Cache. If it was through GoG Galaxy, click on the the more tab and repair/verify game. Thank you for your support.

  7. Hello Merina, Could you please upload that non-corrupted save and the corrupted one via dropbox? When you deleted the saves, did you do it through the game or through the save folder? If the latter, did you do this while the game was open? Thanks!

  11. Helllo Augusto, Are you playing from GoG by any chance? GoG has fixed the way patching has been done.   17. Hey guys, I was able to reproduce the bug on your save ClashFan, but I was not able to do so on my own save. It looks like it just affecting your save. However, you are still able to complete the quest if you kill the ogre and return his head to Rambald. You just wont be able to end the quest peacefully. I have entered the bug into our database and added your save file and output log. Could you upload your save and output log as well Alden so I can add it to the bug report?   24. Hello everyone, Muflak, I tried to download your save files but it kept telling me that your files contain malicious malware. I ran the test on a different save and I was unable to reproduce the issue. It could be possible that the issue was fixed in our internal build. Thank you for your support.
  25. Hello wbc889, I created a new game to see if I could reproduce the problem but I was unable to do so. However, loading your save I saw the error. Try verifying your game cache and see if that fixes your issue. In your steam library, right-click Pillars of Eternity > Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity of Game Cache.
