Hello col-spliffinton, In order to start the quest for The White March, you must first complete the quest Temple of Woedica in Act 2. If you have done that and you are not getting the quest, please upload a save file along with an output log via dropbox and post the link here. Thank you for your support.

Hello again Auchen, I took a look at your output log and you are currently version of the game is 1.05.0582. We are currently at 2.00.706. A lot has happened since then. You just need to update to the latest build and your issue will be solved. If you are having issues updating, please close out of steam completely and log back in and that should update your game to the current build. Thank you for your support.

Hello Kharador, I loaded up your file and it you didn't read all of the notes. After reading Uariki note, my quest journal was update. Just go into your stash and click on your Quest Item tab and right-click on each note from the apprentices. The quest journal should update and you should be able to answer the riddle. Cheers!

Hello Kasan, Did you by change participate in the beta with us? If so, please go to your game properties in steam and under the beta tab, select from beta, to none. That should update your game with the proper files. Could you please upload a save file, output log, dxdiag, and the crash folder that is on your desktop via dropbox so I can take a look? Hello Kharador, Have you tried reading the note in your inventory? That should update your quest log and you should be able to answer the riddle and open the door. Hello viimatar, It could be possible that you don't have the rights to access the folder or drive you are trying to install to. Right click the folder/drive and go to properties and make sure you have access. If you download the game again and get to 99% and still get stuck, look for your content_log file in your steam folder and send me that files. Could you also please send me a dxdiag file? Thanks.

Hey Kpista, I was unable to reproduce your bug. It'll be hard to get a save from you if this happens again since you are playing on Trial of Iron. Since rebooting the game worked out the issue for you, I will consider this resolved. If it happens again, please let me know. If you can get any video of it, that would be fantastic. Yes, I notice that and saw that your quest did not update after killing the commander, which is why you couldn't finish the quest after finishing Cragholdt. I was hoping you would have a save file with the issue at hand to see if I could reproduce it. Since you loaded an older save and had not problems this time around, I will consider this solved. I will submit the files you sent me and add them to our database, maybe the programmers and take a better look. If the issue ever occurs again, please let me know. Thank you for your support!
