  1. I've been pondering a new playthrough of POE1 in preperation for Deadfire and I'm wondering whether or not talents like Second Skin (or other faction talents), Berath's Boon (or other divine boons) - and so on - have any effect in Deadfire?
  2. Hey I just installed White Marches and created a new character - a rogue. When I leveled up to lvl 2, I discovered that I could any class talent. Also talents exclusive to ciphers, clerics, paladins, etc (in addition to rogue talents like "Backstab"). Is this supposed to work that way? Also, a bonus question: Where can I read about new talents, spells, etc. in the new expansion?
  3. This is a little late for a request, as the expansion is already nearly finished ... Part 1 is nearly finished, but Part 2 might be a little while longer? And besides, there is always Pillars of Eternity 2. I could also rephrase it as a question: Will there be new portraits in White March pt. 1 beyond those provided for the new companions?
  4. So, character creation is one of my favourite things to do in Pillars of Eternity. I can spend a lot of time creating characters, portraits, naming the character, choosing backgrounds, class, etc. More customization in the form of portraits and soundsets are always appreciated. Your portraits are, btw, evocative and great. Excellent work! Oh, and this might be a little premature: If you guys are already now thinking about Pillars of Eternity 2, please do like Baldur's Gate 2 and allow players to choose from the first game's portraits as well as the new portraits from the second game. Even better: Use the same portrait artist(s) so that there is a coherent look. To summarize: Moar Portraitz! Thanks
  5. So, my pale elf main character has a natural 10 damage reduction freeze and fire. I just selected the talent "Scion of Rime" when I leveled up. It's supposed to give my freeze spells +20% damage as well as give myself a passive +5 bonus to freeze damage reduction. But I still only have 10 damage reduction, it doesn't seem like it works like it's intended to. What's up with this?
