  1. I generally agree with this but that totally represents my in-laws in Russia... though if it must be said, I cannot say whether those same sentiments are as widely held by the majority of Russians.
  2. He chose Harvard though the point still stands
  3. I had an over easy egg with ketchup and a slice of toast. Green onions and scallions are the same plant but I think spring onions are a different plant. E: I just looked it up and it says green onions are traditionally more mature and scallions being the same plant just younger but nowadays it's mostly just how whoever labels them wants to call them. E2: Spring onions have a bigger bulb
  4. Yeah, the article said they were originally for the ANA. I was curious who we bought them from because I didn't think we could buy stuff directly from Rosoboronexport (though it's been years since I heard that) but then I remembered I'm on the internet and looked it up.
  5. Maybe a stupid question but where are we (the US) getting Russian helicopters from?
  6. IIRC I'm probably missing a lot or possibly even completely wrong because it's been like 15 years since I watched it.
  7. We've got 3 air filters in our house (bedrooms and living room) and the cost of the filters is crazy. I had to give up drinking so that I could afford clean air.
  8. I googled this and I still have no idea what it means Thanks for the info!
  9. The first two Dawn of War games and their expansions were great in their own ways but the third game was terrible Is Trent Oster's Saturday morning cartoon game co-op only?
  10. I haven't played it yet. I keep restarting with new character ideas and rarely get past chapter 2. I also deleted all my other saves, not sure why I did that. I know you can just roll a new level 20 for the DLC but I haven't wanted to do that either.
  11. I first heard of that when I watching some show on Netflix about the music industry or something, it was just on as background. The episode was about how Sweden is a major player in the music industry but how very few people know about it because they rarely mention it as it's seen as bad form. And on topic, war is bad.
  12. Star Trek: Resurgence is the first Trek anything to capture the spirit of the '90s shows in a long, long time Buying this on release
  13. I'm making tacos I also had a nitro Pepsi and I think the best way that I can describe it is someone poured an entire cup of sugar into a Guinness.
  14. Oh, I thought I found her on the boat in the middle image
  15. I wouldn't even call it generous, I'd call it self interest. If they can remain a thorn in Russia's side they'd probably call it a win. Also, shipping and selling arms is kinda just what we do so I don't think it's going to be much of a distraction. I'm no expert though
  16. Yeah, I don't think this really changes the calculations for other comedians. I think most up and coming ones would love to be attacked by Will Smith or other celebrity because unlike Chris rock, they could use the money and I also doubt many people will start thinking it's okay to do now because Smith seemingly had no consequences.
  17. Yes, in the 50s I believe the marginal tax rate for the highest bracket was 91% e: just clicked the link and it looks like it was actually 94% at its highest in the 40s
