I might have to check it out then. I didn't like The Dark Wind all that much but I really dug Skinwalkers. I need to check out the other PBS movies as well.
This is actually my favorite format for interviews but I've only experienced it a few times as the one being interviewed. It's what I try to do when I'm conducting interviews as well but since it's usually a panel interview I don't always get my way.
I also like to do interviews and I'm pretty easy on the candidates. I just want to see if they can do the job well enough and maybe see if there's any obvious personality clashes but some of the people that I've interviewed with are on some weird power trip that I just don't understand.
We're loving the Orville, it's everything I wish nuTrek would be.
I'm afraid to start watching Strange New Worlds because I skipped out on STD after season 2 and Picard during season 1 so I'm not sure how good it will be without being compared to it's lesser cousins.
I also really enjoyed though I couldn't help but think of some Voyager episodes while watching, specifically the one with the Kobali and the one with void space.
It also shows one of my biggest nitpicks with space exploration in these shows,
Vienna sausage with some hot sauce, my wife said it was gross but I was loving every bite.
PS I showed my wife that gazpacho recipe and she really wants to make it
Just watched the Orville new season and I really enjoyed it. It took it's time without feeling indulgent and wasn't crammed with side plots.
Was also really surprised that there was no recap since it's been so long.
I think there were some fan projects to upscale the whole show (and maybe Voyager too) but I don't know if that ever went anywhere and I'm not sure it can go anywhere since they'd be unable to distribute it. Would Paramount be willing to sell fan made content? Would they prefer your sub instead? I know absolutely nothing about this stuff.
