  1. I have Spotify but I'm a weirdo in that I only want to hear the one song I want to hear. If I want a playlist then I'll put on a playlist for that and if I want a random mix of similar then that's what I'll put on. To complain further, I used to like my Amazon Alexa because when I'd ask it to play Booty Butt Cheeks pt 2 the classical remix on Spotify then it would just play that song and stop unless I told it to repeat. Now it's just as trash as my Google whatever non-helpful devices.
  2. They added romance and nudity to the second game e: PS I'm not here to kink shame.. unless your kink is specifically not being kink shamed and if that's the case then...
  3. Son was singing the chorus for a solid 90 minutes while playing this morning. Then we listened to it but once later on in the day and that was followed by Blinding Lights and Take On Me.
  4. I was going to ask Spain or Colombia but the shoes answered that question. It looks beautiful!
  5. I dunno, it's not my claim. I just remembered hearing a lot about that a while back. Unrelated to the Princeton study, I think Jimmy Carter also said we'd become an oligarchy with unlimited bribery after the Citizens United ruling. Just looking up US oligarchy is going to give you many arguments both for an against. https://youtu.be/e4Mw1Bspb2M?feature=shared
  6. I mostly lucked into it but I'm a weirdo completionist if I really like a game. Not pixel hunting bad but pretty close. E: just started chapter 2 in my new run after the DLC
  7. My legs and accompanying joints are bad. Not worn out*, just bad. They smoke with cigarettes and wear dark pleather jackets and pantaloons, and are generally ill-tempered. I do work out but my cardio is limited to walking so I can't run away from my problems, I either close my eyes and pretend they don't exist or walk away at a glacial pace. I beat the new DLC for WOTR the other day and am now playing through the main campaign again. I also just hit level 150 with my High Elf Mariner in LOTRO. *this is a lie, this guy lies.
  8. Was reading about how the Witcher folks ignored the input of the Witcher writer and similar stories from Sanderson about WoT and was wondering, are there any shows or movies that are as good or better than the source material? I've heard the Expanse is better but couldn't make it past the first couple of episodes and never read the books it's based on either.
  9. if you mean Darya Dugina then possibly. I don't think anything was ever resolved with that, Russia said it was Ukraine, who denied it, and some other group took credit but not everyone believed them.
  10. It's higher level and more epic than Through the Ashes and even has its own alt-mythic system. It ties back into the main story and as you do more "adventures" the timeline moves along and you hear about what the commander is up to. The 2 major NPCs (gnome and tiefling) are back and they added a third, an android bard lady who immediately tells you she's not for romancing. They added some interesting mechanics and even the new puzzles aren't completely terrible. Difficulty is all over the place but if you've been playing these for a while then you probably already know how to easily game the system... though I'm a big proponent of just lowering the difficulty if you aren't having fun.
  11. I beat the Lord of Nothing just a few minutes ago and I really enjoyed it. I was surprised that it wasn't super buggy, though not bug-free, and I could complete it with no major issues. I liked the almost mythic system they put in and think the 3 NPCs from this might be my favorite of the bunch. Curious to play through the main campaign to chapter 5 and see what they added. E: I don't like that you can't stack dragon bloodlines anymore. I can still easily delete things but I had a groove and they're making me switch up things, the bastards.
  12. I'm trying to play it but GOG says I don't own it. Then I go to buy it and then GOG says hey, this is in your season pass. Repeat.
  13. Trying to explain Baywatch Nights to my wife. I wonder if it's as bad as I remember it. I wonder if it's streaming anywhere.
  14. Thanks, I thought it was me or my network.
  15. It's football so I automatically assume they're all domestic abusers and sex pests. That way I can be impressed when they approach normal levels of decency instead of almost always being disappointed. Probably mentioned this before but I had a cousin who played pro ball and he definitely checked both boxes. e: Now that I think about it, one of my dad's best friends played briefly for the Cowboys... his relationship with his now ex-wife and kids makes so much more sense to me now.
  16. I took some of the pork shoulder that I cooked down a couple of days ago and threw it on the grill and smoked it for a bit. Then we made tacos out of it.
  17. I actually did but I don't like PvP games and the fact that you can lose everything
  18. We have digital ID in Colorado but it's entirely opt-in and it holds state licenses like driving, fishing, hunting, and agricultural stuff. You can put other stuff in there if you want like COVID vaccination records, vehicle registration and titles, and insurance. I don't because I'd rather hand a cop a piece of paper or plastic rather than my phone but my COVID stuff is in there. Online taxes and voting by mail, in this state, since voting is by state, we can do without that. I just had to give my SSN and phone number which they already have.
  19. I made chili a few days ago and today I'm going to render a pork shoulder down in the pressure cooker and make fideo sopa con puerco.
  20. Supreme Court attempts to address ethics concerns with new code of conduct but leaves many questions unanswered Though I prefer the Fox News headline, Supreme Court adopts modified ethics code after pressure from Hill Dems.
  21. That reminds me, I need to get back to my Devil run.
  22. That's true but they were also some of my very first RPGs along with the original Fallout games, I mean, BG2 and ToB anyway. I still haven't completed BG1. That said, Icewind Dale 2 was my favorite of the IE games when it came to mechanics. I'm not big into TTPRGs (because I had no friends that were into it and probably no tables that were into it either) but I liked the games that were based on D&D 3.5 the most and why I really enjoy OwlCat's Pathfinder games.... and even with those my game is heavily modded with tons of additional options. I also recognize that my affinity for "spreadsheet games," as my wife likes to call them, makes my preferences less mainstream and accessible. Unfortunately, I like what I like so I'm left with slim pickings.
