Level caps/reaching max level doesn't bother me in any game. Needing constant level progression is not my personal motivation to keep exploring/questing etc. I'll keep doing such because I want to see what's around the corner and "what happens", regardless. Assuming the game as a whole engages me, of course. It's a relief to me, honestly. Because I feel compelled to reach max level, because I want to be a strong as possible. Not having to scrape every pixel/polygon in the game to achieve this is music to my ears.

Am I really the only one who loves that I can hit the level cap without doing everything? Can't be.

Ah yes... we used to be quite something in the past, apparantly. Which for some fools is a reason to think we should break off from the Netherlands and form our own state. *violent head-desking*

LOL took a shot there. I know, it's why I liked your post. I'm assuming you're Dutch, as I doubt anyone besides Dutch people (or English language history experts , as apparantly, Frisian was one of the languages that influenced old English) would know what Frisians are.

I think he was only speaking about countries which are white majority. Once you venture into areas with different dominant ethnic groups things are different. Of course South Africa also has that history that makes things more complicated than say, in Thailand or something. Fair enough, South Africa is probably a bad example because you could say due to our past its not surprising some black people are racist..or at least come across like that South Africa is a bad example in general because, as far as I have understood, the white minority is still dominant in many ways.

No. I'm saying that trying to put these forms of racism on the same level is absolutely absurd. And it's pathetic some white people try to highjack these discussions by saying "but white people face racism too!!!". No, you don't. One group, the white people, can basically shrug it off and get on with their lives. For other groups, it is a large part of their life they simply cannot ignore, in a way, it is their life. (p.s. as might be obvious by now, English is not my native language. It's not even my second language, so that might cause some difficulties... For those that wonder: I'm Dutch. And purely from a technical standpoint, Dutch isn't even my native language. I speak a fringe minority language at home )

We are, all of us, guilty of some forms of racism, whether we like it or not. The problem is that we white people go absolutely bonkers if someone points out we do, screaming 'I'm not a racist!'. Usually followed by racist slurs to prove the point. (hilarious) Or, even worse in my opinion, claiming that those who bring up these points are actually the problem. You don't have to be a conviced racist to do racist things, nor do you have to be a convinced mysoginist to do mysoginistic things, or be a convinced homophobe to do homophobic things... etc.

Slightly off: it was a coin toss pretty much whether it were gonna be white people, or Asians. *sigh* Because it doesn't matter. If some black people have strong racial hatred towards white people, it won't hurt these white people in the rest of their lives. They won't have their job applications thrown in the bin because their last name sounds foreign. They won't be denied a job they're obviously qualified for because they have the wrong skin colour in the interview. They won't be harrased by police. The white people can brush off the racism and just go back to their jobs with their white bosses, for black people and other people of different descent this is not the case. Sure, white people can run into the occasional racist ****, but it will not affect their lives on daily basis. Not sure if it's related, but I seem to be getting experience for discovering a new map/location every time now, regardless of having been there before. Now these measily 60/150 xp won't matter much, but it's peculiar nonetheless.

Doh. Their bodies give the appropriate gender hormones for their bodies. Their brain wiring is different, but this has nothing to do with the hormones released by their bodies, which is appropriate for their genetic sex.

Too simplistic, way too simplistic. You can be born genetically a 'perfect' male, but be born with a female brain, or the other way around. This has to do with hormones released (or not released) during pregnancy (edit: by the mother), due to outside influences likes stress. The sex (SEX, people, not gender) of the body is determined way before the sex of the brain. Then you are litterally stuck in the right body, while feeling like you're not. On the opposite side of the spectrum: completely androgenic immune males, with a full immunity to testorone, will feel female, will act female, and will look female and they will never even question their sex. (until they try to get pregnant, which they can't) But technically, they are in the wrong body.

This is remarkably alike to discussing racism. White people (for the record, I am one) will just dismiss it altogether, acting as if bring it up is the problem. And here we are having dudes ignoring somebody can be transgender just so they can have a *BLEEPING* limerick in the game. 'It's not intolerance'. Puhlease.

People are ridiculous. I've actually seen people argue that a game is only an RPG if there's a 'to hit' mechanice. Oh look, it's another one of those 'I'm a better human being for liking certain games' Seriously, get over yourself.

ME3 is a great game. Go nuts about that for a moment. I laugh at people like you. If you honestly think that anything else than a super weapon was gonna defeat the Reapers, you have not been paying attention the first 2 games. And ME2... now that was a joke. Doesn't move the story forward one bit, Dr. Phil simulator in space.
