Bioware's marketing did not tarnish the Dragon Age name. Dragon Age 2 did that all by itself. ^ Pretty much. Theres a reason Bioware managed to come from being one of the most loved companies after Mass Effect 1 and 2, which was done because of the success of these 2 games but add to that Baldur's Gate, Neverwinter Nights 1 and KOTOR, which are all epic games, to being one of the most joked about companies recently. Bottom line is, make bad games, you'll have a bad name. Bioware has it now because of the greatest joke of the century: Mass Effect 3, but add to that DA2, SW TOR (cant believe they wasted 200 million on that ****) and DA:I (which is the embodiement of mediocre)

Gratz Obsidian, it was a damn great ending! Chose Hylia, it was the more appropriate choice for my character.

Best new game i played for the last 4 years

for your party members check their character sheet for any weapon focus feat. For yourself, just pick the one you prefer for its visual and awesomeness and pick the feats that increase your accuracy with it. On armor, you just gotta test yourself during a few battles to see if your recovery time is alright. If its ok you pick up the best armors with that recovery time. For the guys on the back its a good idea to let them have as little recovery time penalty as possible (specially the archers). While for at least the 2 main tankers in the party its best to make them use the best armor you can find.

You all just need to grow the **** up. I personally thought the joke before the edit in the patch was harmless and people getting offended were just some drama queens. After the patch and the edit, i also feel its a freaking joke on how people are geting offended because Obisidan took it out. This is a freaking non issue and i cant stop laughing out loud at all the people giving the game 0 in metacritic just because of this non issue. Basically, GROW THE HELL UP and .... really.... i suggest this to everyone getting their butt hurt over this issue..... I know that TOR was probably more profitable, and no the 200 million isnt a random number, its pretty much exactly what it took to make TOR. But my point was, they wasted 200 million on making a game that in the end was horrible (if it was profitable or not it doesnt it doesnt matters for me, as a gamer), compared to how little Obsidian spent and made such a great game.

I mean, im playing a game where i can go around killing innocent people if i so wish in a fantasy setting so far away from our reality, a guy commiting suicide cause he had a relatiaon with a trans without being aware of it is nothing. In fact, i think that the guy is the real victim. The trans could have told him what he was going against....Which from the very breaf message, the guy wasnt aware. On the topic at hand, i personally think it will be a big let down by obsidian if they take out the backer npcs AND any tombstone message.

OMG.... These characters change or interfere absolutely NOTHING on the game whatsoever.... Find something else to complain... jesus. Just press freakingTAB when you enter a new area and you will ****ing know who is a backer char, who is a ordinary npc and which you can dialogue with and etc.... IT JUST TAKES 1 SECOND TO PRESS TAB Of course its a cruel joke.... A MAN was deceived by a heartless human being who tricked him into thinking he was of another sex and did it on purpose! This person could have told the man that he was another man,but alas, he did not, and decided to trick him just like a witch in fairy tales of old. I come forth to ask the withdraw of the message, because it supports the tricking of human beings, which once they are aware of what they did, it may lead them into a superb regret, which combining with possibly a lonely person who was most likely already deppresed, may force him into taking the easy way out, death. ****ers donated all the ME3 cakes the fans sent to Bioware as part of the retake campaign because of the most terrible last 5 minutes to a game whatsoever (and the intro to ME3 is just as bad IMO), but they sure could spare these cookies to show their envy to obsidian :D YOU ARE NOT FOOLING ANYONE BIOWARE, all your good old devs have bailed your company, specially the man behind the company itself, Drew Karpyshyn. Bioware is but a shadow of what it once was, EA has taken the lead into mainstreamness. Cdprojekt Red, Obsidian and Bethesda are now the kings of the hill... FEAR ME

Its one of the least bugged releases. With just a few major bugs. When i personally play 40 hours of a game and face 1 SINGLE BUG (OMG WTF) it means its not that bugged. 1 small patch can fix all the bugs you folks are complaining.

Screw bioware man, last good game they made was ME2. Ever since then, 4 games and 4 garbage games. This is basically jealousy by the new Bioware (which shares no resemblance to Bioware of NWN1, KOTOR and Mass Effect 1). Honestly, obsidian has always been kinda shadowed by Bioware and Bethesda.... KOTOR 2 by KOTOR 1.... NWN2 by NWN1.... Fallout New Vegas with F3 (even though NV was much better than F3 it still was shadowed...). This game placed a hold on this. Pillars of Eternity by itself shadows all the 3 Dragon Age games together! I have absolutely no doubt that the current Bioware devs are saying "ooooooh HOW can this rock and stone game be considered better than that perfect game called DA:Inquisition WHY OH WHY".

Well some of us like to have a complete game with a normal price count. I for one havent bought Crusader kings 2 because of the massive ammount of DLC indeed, while i did buy Victoria 2 for example, mainly because it only has 2 extra stuffs you gotta buy, the 2 expansions. CK2 has what, 9 expansions? From what i gather from my bro, considering all these expansions arent really setting changes but adding features to the main game, you cant compare playing vanilla CK2 and it complete. Matter of opinion i guess, but CK2 treatment for this game would be the worst thing IMO. Worst thing about paradox is their DLC policy, i personally miss the old days of good old solid expansions. All the stronghold needs are some more text and dialogue explaining these questions. I for one have been loving the stronghold quite a lot.
