It's Paradox, they concentrate on one game at a time. They just released Stellaris and Hearts of Iron 4 and have just started to focus on Tyranny. I would imagine their marketing should increase gradually. Their marketing for Stellaris etc. has been showing it off on streams and having streamers play the game and since this game actually has a plot they can't do that. Going to be interesting/scary to see how they are going to go around that with their limited marketing budget. Hate the living, love the dead.

So the PC might be a turned rebel? The guy in the trailer seemed to join Kyros when he donned the armor with that symbol, so I think it's the sigil of one of the Overlord's armies. My money's on the Scarlet Chorus.
