    Never tried that but I'm pretty sure it won't work. That is something that is tied to the dialogue which is only triggered when you talk to certain npc in Novac and Veronica ain't one of them. 

    There used to be a signature here, a really cool one...and now it's gone.  

    Escort quest? Nooooo! ... oh wait, that wasn't bad. That's fine then.

    Soon as you make it, you can wear/use it. Kills stuff fast, so that's cool.

    Seems to be more of a Minecrafty thing.

    Sometimes I just hate this game, but when everything clicks and you chain together your cards like you've only dreamed of doing, then it's best game I've ever played.

    Is that a MMO?

    No, single player. It'll have a MP/team mode or something but I have no clue how that'll work. Maybe something like a castle defense mode.

    Exploring/questing does sorta feel/look early MMO-ish so far, but it's more like a cross between Minecraft/Spore (creation) + vastness/exploration/freedom of the MMO/open world.

    Looks like they gave no thought whatsoever to UI usability at that kind of resolution. Yeah I know good players use hotkeys, but still, seems lazy.

    To be fair, I doubt they were expecting very many players to be playing at 4000-5000 resolution.

    Yeah, yeah...if you can/like to play at such resolutions, it feels lazy for companies not to design for it, but...oh well. I still have to play Dungeon Keeper at 640x480 or whatever, so boohoo. :p

     

    ...and that game looks nice in huge-size HD, regardless.

    So what exactly is changed in the HD-version of AoE2 compared to my disk I have lying here?

    Just a higher-resolution? If so, not much to shell out again for.
