Tale
Onto Warrior Within. Kind of jarring to go from the Sands of Time to this. It's like going from a Disney ride to a death metal concert. MacMichael
Just started up another co-op run with a friend in DS3 and have a long X3TC game that's been going, on and off, since about February. Between those two, I'm trying to fit in AC: Brotherhood and TW: Shogun 2. I'm going to need better directions than "the secret lair." -==(UDIC)==-
Flouride
Bought Master of Orion 2 from GOG and I've been playin that. I get my *** kicked on hard so bad that I'm starting to feel like a little girl. On average difficulty setting it's pretty easy though Hate the living, love the dead.

On average difficulty setting it's pretty easy though The AI cheats like mad. SP isn't all that great comsequently. Best recommendation is to play in a tiny galaxy with max number of races. which minimizes the AI cheating effect because they're all cheating against themselves as well as you. Notice how I can belittle your beliefs without calling you names. It's a useful skill to have particularly where you aren't allowed to call people names. It's a mistake to get too drawn in/worked up. I mean it's not life or death, it's just two guys posting their thoughts on a message board. If it were personal or face to face all the usual restraints would be in place, and we would never have reached this place in the first place. Try to remember that. WorstUsernameEver
Still playing a bit of (heavily-modded, although I went pretty light on the rebalancing and gameplay changes) Fallout: New Vegas, and Darksiders. Darksiders is good, dammit, and the sequel looks like it's going to be better. I wish it didn't have laughable writing but eh, I take it as a joke from the developers and it's bearable that way. Labadal
Sands of Time sales weren't great, so they thought they'd make a game for the cool kids. And we got the abomination that is Two Thrones.

I think the best theory so far is that the developers hit puberty My initial thought was that they were trying to follow God of War. But no, God of War hadn't released yet. The 90s were over, so that's not it either. I guess there's just a constant pool of darker and edgier in culture that we'll always see drawn from. Anyway, just watched the PoP 2008 trailer and made myself sad. I don't think Montreal will ever continue it. "Show me a man who "plays fair" and I'll show you a very talented cheater." HoonDing
It's not a terrible game by any means, but it could be argued it's a terrible PoP game. The ending of the words is ALMSIVI.

Labadal
Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines. Playing as a tremere and having a great time with the game, despite the clunky combat. Last quest I did for the day was the quest Fat Larry gives you. It took forever to get the briefcase, but atleast I didn't have to fight anyone. Doubt I would have been able to kill everyone. Lexx
Heh, I stealth-killed everyone in there with invisible spell 'n stuff. But it still was pretty hard. One of the hardest parts of the game, imo. The Kuei-jin boss fight disagrees Larry's quest was definitely "easier", if actually more time consuming to do the sneaky/obfuscate way. You get more skill points too by not being seen if I remember correctly (3 instead of 2). “He who joyfully marches to music in rank and file has already earned my contempt. Labadal
I did kill one or two lonely guards, using trance and then sneaking up from behind and killing them, but other than that, I was hiding and using the vents to get to the briefcase. The hard part was getting out. I thought the two sides would start shooting eachother, but they just stood there doing nothing. Wich made it difficult to escape unoticed, and I was spotted when I was at the top floor, so I just made a run for it.
Raithe
I've got that stack of games to get into and/or finish. AI War Fleet Command, Secrets of Monkey Island, Fear 2, Just Cause 2, a few others... But I just can't seem to get into the mood to do more then spend 10 minutes gaming before quitting to deal with other stuff. "Cuius testiculos habeas, habeas cardia et cerebellum." Tale
Just because you have all the equipment, it does not mean you are prepared. The meteor landed two days journey to the west. I left home with my axe, my pick, some extra dirt to build a shelter, and torches for light. But night itself is the greatest danger. It fell when I was in the middle of the corruption. Surrounded by thorns, flying one-eyed monstrosities, and deep chasms in black rock. If I were to continue, I would have fallen. I bunkered down, created a temporary shelter in the middle of that evil place and waited for light. Anyway, more Terraria. It gets a cool sort of survival element if night falls when you're in the corruption. I kind of wish there was an RPG that evoked that kind of thing. Not wanting to be caught outside in the dark in particular areas. "Show me a man who "plays fair" and I'll show you a very talented cheater." Gorth
The Kuei-jin boss fight disagrees Everything is easy for Brujah. You can even kill the garou. Never tried playing Brujah, only Tremere, Malkavian, Nosferatu and Toreador Most fun play through was Nosferatu in my third game of VMBL Nothing like sitting in front of your screen and bursting out laughing because something completely unexpected happens... like going to the diner to talk to the lady behind the counter when finding Lily (at least I think that was the one). Killed the werewolf (eventually, after many tries), by crushing it. “He who joyfully marches to music in rank and file has already earned my contempt.
