Bah...I'd just go with Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic III: The Jedi Masters. It may not be the most "poetic" subtitle in the world, but it'd fit in line with Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords. Besides, surely with

Revan out in the Unknown Regions, fighting to defend the galaxy ("in his own way")

, the idea of "true Jedi Masters" and whatnot could be worked into the storyline decently enough. "
