A little digging and it comes up as an April fools prank.

No shiet, it's right in the video title. :>

Honestly, when it comes to EA, Anthem is enough for me. I didn't expect much from EA, but with that game, I was pleased.

What do you mean 'was' it's not out yet.

I mean, I liked what I saw of it, which is more than I was expecting from a game at EA's conference.

Anyway, can't wait for the other conferences and I'm glad that Square Enix has one coming up.

For those that don't know of it yet, here's the time for Microsoft's conference:

I would sell any of the other forumites' livers for a new Starflight game.

It would have been a nice thing for its 30 years release. Missed for 2 years.

New Command and Conquer announced!!!1!!!1one!!

Thanks EA!

"C&C for the next generation"

We're leaving them worse things than a polluted world, apparently.

I suppose they will succeed to make C&C4 being a game which seems retrospectively "good" now. Just like the Star Wars movies.

Chris Avellone has just live-presented Dying Light 2 at Microsoft's E3 conference as the game's lead writer.

Wut.

And no, I'm not making this up.

I wonder how much they pay people to scream in the audience to bait the applause...

^ I used to love Vesperia on X360 with the nitpicky exception of Repede's dog-barks-voiced-by-some-guy-who-is-clearly-not-a-dog. Awkward to listen to.

Good game though!

M$ is probably XBONE & Windows PC, i dont mind. It was mostly about games, not netflix, sports and weird services. Good for me.

Some games look promising for someone.

I wonder if there will be driving in the Cyberpunk game? I mean, we had that horse in Witcher 3..

Dying light was a great game with an interesting world to explore. Totally excited for Dying Light 2 as I am sure Chris Avellone can expand that world in many meaningful ways. My only concern? Bugs and performance issues. Techland is know for that and Avellone will definitely make the game a whole lot more complex which isn't going to make Techland's job any easier.

Btw, that Cyberpunk 2077 trailer looked like a mod for GTA 5.

There used to be a signature here, a really cool one...and now it's gone.

I loved Dying Light. The weakest parts of the game were the QTE final boss fight and the story. The gameplay was terrific. Needless to say, I'm excited for the sequel with MCA on board.

What else did you guys like?

I've got Tunic on my list, but since there haven't been any news about it, I haven't thought about it anymore. This trailer looked so cute and fun. I want it.

Metro Exodus looks good, too. I really have to start playing that series.

Also mentioned, but I forgot where in the conference, something about Microsoft AI researching better game AI for their studios. That they're making the largest investments they ever have in their studios (guess this figure doesn't include the initial investment to start Xbox which they've never recouped), and that they are busy working on the next Xbox Console (I'm reading elsewhere it's project code is "Scarlet".)

My takeaways: This was Microsoft's best conference, and their focus on delivering games and investing in their 1st party offerings is a long time coming. Still... it was the 3rd party offerings that I'm walking away interested in.

Sekiro -- Solid looking offering from From. Want to see a typical gameplay session outside of a trailer. Honestly more interested to see the 2 other From projects.

Fallout 76 -- Surprised that this is a full FO game, even more so that it's at an even larger scale. A prequel is cool, still it's more of the same.

Forza Horizon 4 -- Great looking tech, looks to be one of the best racing games. Sadly the Gran Turismo has waned.

Dying Light 2 -- Seems like a solid game with well integrated mechanics. The Day/Night cycle will be highly compelling.

Cyberpunk 2077 -- Amazing tone and scope. A bit less gritty than I imagined, but hopefully the bleak side is yet to come. That car is radical. Need to see gameplay now.

Forza was probably the best showing, 2077 is the game I'm most interested in seeing more from.

While that Cyberpunk 2077 trailer is colorful and pretty, it's pretty generic and not really informative. All it told us is where exactly the game takes place so it makes sense that most people are disappointed with what CD Project Red "showed" today.

The car will probably be your "horse" of comparing the game with The Witcher series. That would be a good guess.

Just what do you think you're doing?! You dare to come between me and my prey? Is it a habit of yours to scurry about, getting in the way and causing bother?

What are you still bothering me for? I'm a Knight. I'm not interested in your childish games. I need my rest.

Begone! Lest I draw my nail...
