  1. I really don't want Obsidian first fan funded game to come out buggy or half finished.
  2. I actually never finished Baldurs Gate and one of the main reasons was the leveling. It took ages and when it happened, depending on your class, there was a good change you didn't get to choose anything or do anything. Making leveling slower doesn't make it better. When you level up and get to make choices that make a difference and matter, make leveling better.
  3. Notepad and post-it notes? What else you really need?
  4. It's only silly if you're not a gamer.
  5. Microsoft shooting itself in the leg. http://kotaku.com/windows-8/
  6. A freaking space sim! Finally!
  7. NWN2 is poorly optimized though, it runs worse on my very modern rig than FN:NV. That's mainly because NWN2 isn't multithreaded. It only uses one core.
  8. How about a mega dungeon that would have both tower and dungeon levels? And tower boss and dungeon boss would be in war with each other. Our adventure party could go all out in yojimbo style.
  9. I have only one very general suggestion that deeper you go more organic it looks. So upper levels look man made and lower levels are more "cavey".
  10. Inspired by the cooking thread:
  11. Garlic is a good addition to everything.
  12. I voted for more C&C and more content, but that was because there was no "better AI" option. Better AI makes better opponents, better companions, better combat, higher difficulty levels wouldn't feel as cheap as they usually do (enemies health and damage x2 gets old) and it does also helps with immersion when AI doesn't act like a total retard all the time.
  13. One guy did that? Impressive!
  14. It really is a shame what Red Eagle Games is doing with the license. The saga is coming to an end so now would be a perfect time to announce a high quality Wheel of Time RPG to let the fans know they can continue their adventures in that setting.
  15. Agreed. Though I don't see that type of system being done in this game. I really do wish more cRPG's would follow Bloodlines excellent model. Bloodlines would have done it perfectly if it would have less combat. Especially near the end when you had to hack'n'slash for hours with no reward what so ever. Edit: Or at least it felt like hours. It has been years since I've played it.
  16. "Lost. Like tears. In rain." You shameless heartstring player you.
