I know perfectly well why Uganda and Russia are being targeted now, I was pointing out that other places with worse, long standing laws, aren't. They're Low Hanging Fruit in terms of being something that is easy to get outraged about because it has zero practical impact on their life beyond the visceral thrill of moral outrage. The people calling for sanctions and boycotts over those two countries- and I can pull up recent threads on Russia very easily to prove the point- are going for an easy target because going after the hard and worse targets is, well, hard. Doing without vodka is a far, far different beast from doing without the oil you'd be missing if you went after the hard, worse, targets. I completely disagree. Arizona has been all over the news because they had passed discriminatory legislation. California was all over the news with Prop 8. It isn't about low hanging fruit, it's about responding to legislation. Russia got pressure because of laws passed recently, Uganda is getting the same.

Oh that is just the 10% deposit that will get me a cheap single family home. I might be able to qualify at 5%, or I might be able to find a decent foreclosure in the $300,000 range. But $40,000 is probably a pretty good guess at what I need.

I was very unimpressed by the videos I watched of ESO, but I actually thought it played better than it looked. That being said, it is still very much an Elder Scrolls game. I've never been that impressed by the combat animations.

I don't speak much on how things work in Russia because I would be speaking from a place of ignorance. But I suppose everyone needs a hobby.

Are you being serious? There is an entire news channel devoted to criticizing the President. You can definitely question the quality of the reporting in the US, but it is pretty clear they are free to report on everything. Go read some articles about the NSA if you don't believe that. They've gotten a ton of negative press in the last year. This is a top secret government agency and it has been crucified by reporters.

It's really ridiculous how uneven to two conferences are right now.

I have a GTX460M on my laptop and I've been very happy with the performance. It also has drivers available, in fact Battlefield 4 made me update recently and the game ran perfect with them.

I think Dru is saying that it's a small group that believes Morrowind was the last good game by Bethesda. Morrowind was very popular, but so was Oblivion and Skyrim.

At first I thought KP had some serious issues with fishermen, but then I read more closely.

Trashman is super late to this party.

I'd say Oblivion is the worst Bethesda game, although Arena was a buggy mess and barely a full game. I'm less worried about them after Fallout 3 and Skyrim, because it is clear that they attempted to address many of their shortcomings.

The best RPG I ever played was MLB The Show.

Bloodlines is a lot better than Masquerade. Incredible different, really. I'd say Arcanum. That's a pretty fantastic one. Just make sure you use the fan patches and widescreen mod.
