AGE OF WONDERS III
You guys make this series sound interesting. The whole trilogy is on Steam for $20, worth it? I dont want to have to deal with any mods to make it work on widescreen or anything like that, do they look terrible in vanilla?

Party System
Source? The dungeon picture shows us a fighter, mage, monk, cleric and archer which is five NPC. Then we know there is still an unrevealed "godtouched" NPC which gets us to six. Which are the two more confirmed NPC's?

Dungeon Keeper 3 successfully kickstarted
What's wrong with 2? They're both good games. I'm going to go donate now. Thats a good question that I dont have an answer I can pinpoint. I played the wheels off DK1 but for whatever reason couold never get into DK2. I remember quitting when I had to possess a skeleton to be able to walk through some lava or something like that. I think DS2 also made it that when you pick up a handfull of minions to drop them onto an invading force that they would be stunned for a few seconds. These little mechanical changes probably turned me away.

Health, Stamina, Mana
Getting knocked out will give you some kind of disability when you wake up. I would like to see the mechanic tweaked a bit. Maybe instead of of Stamina it can be a "soul shield" or something like that and instead of players taking simultaneous damage to both pools they first take damage to the shield and when thats gone, then to their health. Getting to zero health would mean death / knocked out. I think it would make certain abilities more tactical too like the paladins ability to rapidly replenish the targets stamina. Whats the point in filling up a targets stamina if they are sitting at 1-2 heallth? In the current system, thats one hit away from death anyway regardless of stamina level. But I guess thats basically "healing" so meh...

Diseases in PE
Im worried about the cumulative effects of all these mechanics. We already know that two things absolutely require you to go somewhere to rest, health damage and disabilities. Those can only be fixed by power napping. Now toss persistant diseases into the mix and keeping everyone upright and healthy becomes even more of a chore. Imagine you have made it to level 2.5 of the Endless Paths. Your tank has been knocked out twice so he has a gimp in one leg and cant see so good out of one of his eye. The mage is limping along at full Stamina but only 4 Health. Uh-oh, that mummy claw attack just gave you mummy rot! You will lose 1 Stamina and .5 Health per round until "rested". As you slowly shuffle back to the rest spot you go unconscious three more times from the mummy rot damage. I dunno, sounds painful to me. As an aside, since they are determined to shoehorn in a "no healing" mechanic, I hope one rest will cure all stacked damage, disabilities and (possibly) diseases. Like if I have 5 disabilities I dont want to have to rest 5 times to unstack them all.

Diseases in PE
Being there is no healing or curative technology in the PE universe I prefer not having something else force me back to a rest spot. If it must be in then I choose option one above, that it only lasts the duration of combat. Between no in the field heath recovery, getting a disability every time you get knocked out and possibly persistant diseases, I think that would be too much.
