BG2 is the pinnacle of RPG's IMO. BG1 is fine but you don't need to play it first unless you want to import a character into BG2. PoE isnt my cuppa so Ill leave that review to others.

Isn't there god mode on the console? You'd think that's the first thing they put in, just for you. Sadly, I don't think there is a god mode. Glancing through the cheat code thread it seems like you can perform individual character Healing but no party Healing or God mode. But that's just from a quick looksee. If ANYONE knows how to enable a God Mode or party wide Healing please let me know ASAP. I haven't even been able to overcome my inertia and start the game since I had such an unfun time playing the Beta.

I wonder if someone could mod in an item that just continuously outputs a Healing wave as an aura. That would rock.

I don't know the nitty-gritty details of D&D since 2/2.5E but I did play NWO for a while. Was it really not using of D&D that was current at the time? I don't expect, or want, the games to follow every little detail down to the letter to be considered "official". But I do agree there are some pretty glaring flaws already. Like no missing. The just aggravates me for some reason. Sounds like an "opportunity cost" mechanic.

As you no doubt noted when you signed up, your first five post must be approved by a mod, after which you are free to post. This was implemented to prevent bots, etc...

Theres an "Unlimited Camping Supply" mod floating out there somewhere, which is going to be my solution to this problem.

Amen brother. Although the warm cloak of familiarity (D&D) makes me very excited. I don't even understand the terminology in PoE. For example, this is an excerpt from the strategy guide on a dagger: What the hell does that Accuracy even mean? Plus 5 out of what, 100? Do those two stack for a total of +13 Accuracy? What would this be analogous to in D&D terms? Wheres my pants?

Careful Bruce, you're libel to kick over hornet nest with that question. Looking at the spells and abilities, its clearly using D&D, however the devs are apparently tight lipped on how much (5E) they are using. It has the blessing of WotC so it would seem they cant deviate too far from source. Other posters seem very upset though so I dunno.
