Did you see the enbeded link for their ADAM laser?
Awww yeah! As soon as we figure out how to miniaturize a power supply then we can start strapping these bad boys to our drone fleets.
Soon.
Im trying to figure out the PoE Wizard HP so tell me if this is right: Endurance is base of 30 + 10 / level. So a level 6 Wizard will have 90 Endurance Health is Endurance x 3. So a level 6 Wizard will have 270 Health And I assume this is based on CON set to 10, so theres room to go up.
I never played the originals but they seem highly regarded and had a good Metacritic. Another poster has mentioned a few quest bugs so Im kinda dragging my feet hoping a patch comes out. It looks gorgeous though and Im excited to play.
I think I prefer multi-player for a couple of reasons:
1) Im bored playing by myself. For example, D3 is significantly more fun for me when playing in a group.
2) On the rare occasion that you get a good pug or are part of a good dedicated group, I dig seeing the synergy of skilled players learning and then dominating a tough encounter. To this day I still remember the excitement and my heart pounding in my chest the first time we beat Ragnaros (WoW end boss for Cataclysm expansion). Good times.
Hmm, an idea. Now before you tell me Im crazy, what about drone deployed Dachsunds, each with a can of pepper spray attached to their collars like those Brandy flasks attached to St. Bernards? Too much?
Thanks! Although Im still eying that "hidden item / location" with suspicion. Thinking back to the Twisted Rune in BG2 (Staff of the Magi), I wonder if that would fall into the hidden item / location or quest / boss?
For me, PoE combat is an unfun dogpile that I cant clearly understand. Im greatly hoping that I will benefit from starting at level 1 and learning at a more granulated pace.
BG2 > all.
