For what its worth, scanning the Crafting and Enchanting section of the strategy guide, the only "skin" I see used as an ingredient is Troll Skin.

The game didn't allow me to get more xp, i did all side quest i found in the game. say 66k - MAX in the xp meter. and i was only 9th lvl was a shame, because i wasen't able to fight adra dragon at that level. I had to finish the game without it. Yikes, looks like you ran into some kind of nasty bug, but not one Ive read about yet. Did you by chance submit a bug report in the Tech forum?

Besides the 4th and last stat, what does that have to do with kill xp? The drop off from Act 1 to Act 2 is gigantic! Are there only two Acts in the game?

You should mod it out.

I don't know where your figures came from but lets assume they are correct. Is it possible to avoid killing less than 175 over the course of the game? My impression is that most fights are unavoidable. Correct?

You received kill XP for the first few of each species (until you fill up the Beastiary for that creature). Funny that the solution players come up with is to avoid combat when possible.

Interstellar. Pretty good movie that fell apart a little at the end, but time travel always does that. The visuals were awesome and I love the robots.

Imo, Obs has the right to add or subtract anything they feel is in their best business interests. The "offending" memorial should have been addressed when it was submitted, not down the road when everyone craps themselves.
